This could have actually been a more enjoyable tournament if some other favourites also played better. I mean England and France especially here. I can say England were better to watch at least but still not good enough. However, when they needed to go on the attack and score goals, their play often lost structure and they were unable to create truly dangerous chances against their opponents. Both Musiala and Akanji didn't deserve, I would say Gakpo and Pepe are better than them.

Gakpo perform really well despite his performance in Liverpool wasn't that good while Pepe can still play for full time despite he's 41 years old and he's the second highest rank player in Portugal.

The six Spanish players deserve to get that, especially Cucurella, he's a trash in Chelsea, but unexpectedly can perform really good when he play for Spain.

For the Spanish players, I also feel that any bad player at the club when playing in Spain and bringing them to the championship is still very worthy. But it seems Southgate has also realized this. Because I heard that the English national team coach has also resigned from his coaching position at the English national team. And yeah maybe we'll see things differently at the next Euro. because the England national team will have a new coach. But unfortunately the next Euro is still quite far away. But now we can see England without Southgate in the Eufa Nations League. And perhaps the first match for the English national team without Southgate will be against Ireland in September. I believe this is great news for England, however... It depends on who they are going to bring next. If they don't find a better replacement then this means nothings to them. 

Southgate was feeling the high pressure over himself during Euro 2024. As I was giving this action by him a possibility, I can't say I'm surprised to hear it. I'm afraid he has hever been suitable for this team. England can start lifting trophies finally if they find a good coach.

I think it is clear that England coach Gareth Southgate, is under a lot of pressure. He did good job getting team to final but they did not play well so people are criticizing him. England's passage to the knockout stages was easy for them, as England only beat Switzerland and the Netherlands to enter the final. Spain, on the other hand, defeated strong teams like Germany and France to enter the finals and the final match was within their grasp. If England had played the teams that Spain played in the knockout stages, they might not have made it to the final, although England's performance was not that great. Anyway, as Spain team is strong enough and their performance is not comparable, surely they are deserving champions which is why they won the Euro trophy. But England needs to up their game and if they can build a strong squad for the next Euro Cup they will have dreams of winning the title.

France Germany Spain and England were favorites in this tournament but in the end we saw Spain and England in the final. For the final match it was actually a difficult task to pick either team between England and Spain as both Spain and England are strong teams but England did not show their usual performance against Spain. If England had performed a little better, then maybe the dream of winning the Euro title would have been fulfilled but it was not to be. Despite being favorites in the tournament, England eventually lost the title to Spain.

I think the tournament favorite was Spain from the beginning. I was also thinking about France in the final. Of course, it is no surprise that England reached the final. They have great players, but to be honest, their play in the tournament was slightly above average. Spain got exactly the championship it deserved. I think they are the best. Maybe apart from Kyle Walker, I agree on the best line-up for Euro 2024. The reason is that the RB position that deserves it more is Dani Carvajal. We know that the right side of the Spanish defense is always safe with its impressive performance. Not only at club level, Dani Carvajal can still make a big contribution to his country until the final.

Spain is able to be consistent in every match they play so it is not surprising if we see that they are able to reach the final round and win the championship trophy, facing England precisely the young Spanish squad is able to continue their positive trend so far so it seems that they are also still worthy of being favored in the World Cup later, but it seems that for the World Cup, Spain will have quite a tough job because how there will be many strong teams will played Especially Latin America which is likely to be a stumbling block for Spain later, Spain currently manages to become the country that has won the most Euro titles with a total of 4 championship trophies, in addition to winning the Euro Champion trophy automatically makes Spain current ranking rise to 3rd FIFA ranking.

 Maybe France remaining at number one in rankings is because they won the world cup in 2018 else I don't feel they deserve to remain there judging by their performance in the just concluded Euro's. Not even Belgium deserve to be ranked 2nd because of the same dismal show bit I guess FIFA has their reasons.
 No doubt about how Spain were excellent in the tournament as they had an all rounded squad depth, no areas where lacking and if it were just by the performance displayed in the tournament, they should be in the first position but third place is not bad.
Luis de la Fuentes have shown that hardwork and determination always pays and I really commend his efforts at taking a team of majorly young boys far, given them an opportunity to play for their country and excel.
