The cricketing community is not big here so we are not expecting many participants (max 10-12). Feel free to join if anyone is interested.

top 4 teams :australia,england,india,pakistan
top batsmen:warner,butler,rohit ,rizwan
top bowler:hazzlewood,shaheen afridi,reece topley.

underdogs worth to bet:
West indies --these guys are beast and they won 2 titles (getting 1 is dream for many teams)
new zealand ,south africa teams looks very weak .

All predictions are good about winner of the title but here problem is all cricketing fans are known this T20i is unpredictable format because on his day any team can produce amazing performance and big teams can go down badly as we have few days back in Asian Women Cup where Pakistani Women's beat Indian Women's after six years even India is currently at the top of Asian teams and just one day before Pakistan lost match against team like Thailand.

So, how things will be work for teams in this event never been easy specially Australian conditions are not favourable for many Asian teams so for me right now giving any solid prediction is never been easy but still I have feeling you all teams and players can do much good but Shaheen Afridi is coming from Injury, so he can face some issues with all batsmen are in good form, and we can expect another hell for many bowlers as right now cricket is completely batting game and also favourable for batsmen.

@LFC_Bitcoin very good change from your side as I am looking first time you are out of soccer hell, and hopefully you will be having good time in cricket heaven because it's also one of the most popular game around the world and big fan base available but sadly here on this forum we have no active members like you and @buwaytress hopefully now with this we will have positive change. Now, I have also my personal views about teams which are in this world cup.

I do my best to venture into unfamiliar territory (Formula 1, Major League Baseball are "recent" attempts) and lived for 2+ years in a cricket mad country so I understand football's only big for half of the world (counting population wise, even). I actually see NZ as good value in almost any sports... for no apparent reason other than Kiwis get good odds? Haha.

I've been hearing about cricket all my life, but for the most part it were phrases like "It's as mysterious as cricket" or "as incomprehensible as cricket", or something like that.
 
Finally this day has come! I'm gonna learn the rules(it's actually "laws", innit?), and gonna make my bets not blindly, like I used to in the past, but with some sorta knowledge, alright?

Basic rules are pretty easy to understand as some of the posters above mentioned, but the advanced rules are obviously a bit more complicated. YouTube tutorials do help, but the easiest way to understand all rules is by watching highlights of popular matches across all formats.

These highlights should include Ashes(Tests), IPL(T-20), World Cups(ODI) if you ask me since these are some of the most popular cricket tournaments.

If you have any doubts, you can always ask our community members in the discussion threads where someone will most probably answer your query.

I agree about all the reviews here about different teams which are participating in this world cup but after watching both matches which were won by New Zealand at home against Pakistan and Bangladesh, now I have feeling they are also in good shape after long bad time and capable of win this world cup even they are trying their best for many years and having only one trophy WTC2021 but right now they are looking good and have good chance for going into good position for win title.

England and Australia are also doing good job and quality players which are capable of giving them good support for the win of title even I am not positive about England, but they are also doing good in last few months in this format, and we can expect good from them so for my right now three teams are good and have chance to win England, India and New Zealand but as we all know this is unpredictable format, so any result can happen.

In last few matches we have extraordinary performance from England and New Zealand which is surely a big change for this world cup even many are feeling with home advantage Australia can do good but for me right now they are having issues in batting which is not good for them as now we have few days left in this event with this and rain factor also can play a major role as we have few days back just because of rain Thailand qualify for first time in Asian Cricket cup as rain stop Bangladesh from going into last four.

Here few members are considering West Indies and South Africa as good teams but for me right now these two are completely out of touch and have no fair chance like Bangladesh because these all are going down badly in quality and performance and most chances we will have England, New Zealand, India and Pakistan into last four and for the title race.

As this World Cup Cricket is going to be held at Australia's home ground, most of the supporters are thinking of Australia as the winning team. Yeah, New Zealand is a viable contender for the T20 WC title, this time.

It's not going to happen for England, even the English players know that. The Indians haven't been playing well lately, especially the Indian batting order, so I don't trust them to win this time. My guess is that Australia will be New Zealand's biggest competitor. New Zealand and Australia might be the finalists.

England can sometimes show some surprises, but I think Australia and New Zealand are much better heading into this T20 world cup. As I look at the recent T20 series between Australia and England, I suddenly have to change my mind because England played great. That makes me think England could also win the T20 world cup .

I really love this slip as right now after watching few recent matches I also have feeling we are going to have another big final after thirty years on this same ground between two teams England vs Pakistan, so now England will take revenge or still Pakistan could be on course it's not easy game for both teams, but I am sure we are going to have these two teams into final with other two teams are most chances India and New Zealand because Australia is not good and have some issues which are surely going to be had negative point for them in this big event, and they can go out of the race from top four slots.

South Africa is good team but with their current form and situation I have no positive view about them and Sri Lanka is also good, but they can go down against England and New Zealand in these conditions which are not favorable for spinners and batsmen.

They are a great T-20 team, but they aren't really consistent anymore. For example, they lost several T-20 matches recently against Pakistan which they should have won comfortably, but ended up choking towards the end miserably.

Many of you are underestimating teams like Sri Lanka and Afghanistan who proved how unpredictable they are in recent history.

I am a little scattered in the genuine knowledge of this sport, but being a world championship of selections my hunch goes for the south africa.

There are events that upset always happen so we cannot assure that pakistan will bag the win because to early to tell and there are more potential clubs that can snatch the  cup.

My personal favorite right now is South Africa and England so let see how it goes with them since for sure we can still see more cool match up.

I agree you, Although South Africa and Sri Lanka are good teams but they will not be able to take advantage in a tournament like the World Cup. Their current position is not at that level. Sri Lanka was in great form especially in the last Asia Cup but they will not be able to easily adapt to Australian home ground. On the other hand, their opponents will be more stronger.

Firstly, it's the 2022 World Cup(Typo). Secondly, I wouldn't bet on any of those players since they aren't in great form recently. Players like David Miller, Suryakumar Yadav etc are way better choices in comparison.
