I used the mixer in the past, it worked always very well. But today I am already trying 30 minutes to enter Captacha on different computers.  I am 100% sure the Captcha I entered is correct but the system keeps telling wrong captcha. I think this will cost you a lot of costumers. can you solve this captcha issue? and just give normal captcha like numbers or picture. Its a trash now and not working

- Considering the currently very high fees, have you checked whether your transaction has been confirmed by the network?



There is a problem with the sinbad.io page here, it seems that it is currently unavailable. TOR works without problems

2) The transaction was confirmed with a delay (about 30 hours) because of low fee. I increased the fee twice during this period. But now the transaction is confirmed many times.

Lol i thought you were on a phishing website but turns out you're not as I'm seeing the same thing on their clearnet. It looks like a template, they could be revamping the website or smth..

Meanwhile, TOR version looks fine. I've not tried depositing though.

User @Potato Chips is not an official representative of Sinbad Mixer, so he can't answer some of your questions. It's just a matter of support to explore all possibilities before we get any response from Sinbad.io.

It is obvious that they are currently having some problems with the clearnet page, it is possible that this also affects the delay in answering.

I noticed that the clearnet website is returning me a connection timeout error. Apparently the error is from the host (sinbad.io) but Cloudflare and the browser are just fine.

The Tor mirror is still OK though.

When I used them, the hyperlink for my session became inaccessible when I've already gotten my btcs in my wallet. Looks like your session was mistakenly treated as completed or something - a guess.

In this forum, only the account sinbad.io could directly help you. Other people could at best provide insights or direct you to right places.

Honestly, sinbad should see to it that updates are posted when problems occur so people won't be playing guessing games...

My guess is they also have/had backlog issues as I see them bumping the minimum mix amount + withdrawal fee.

You work on your design in a sandbox environment and once ready set it up in the live environmement. If your new design isn't complete, you keep the old one until the job is done.

I had the same thought when I posted here. I created websites for clients before and publishing a template with no content is something I never do or seen anyone did. Most plausible thing I can think of is that maybe their  clear net has been hacked but why does it take long for them to fix it.

Onion website is opening fine for me but I didnt try if mixing works right now because of high bitcoin fees.
Sinbad forum account was not online since May 6th and I think they should be more active and explain what is happening with clearnet website.

I don't believe about this possibility. Sinbad.io is running behind Cloudflare (and since the begining). So that already rules out the theory of a DDOS. Also, when a website is under attack, you can't access it, it's the purpose of a DDOS. Not to show you another website. Otherwise an attacker could show you a p*rn site to get more fun.

About someone hikacking the website...
If it was the case, as a website/business operator, you're supposed to shut down your website entirely, turn off the server to find from where the exploit come from.
That's my opinion on how it's supposed to work
