The OP made 1 post from a brand new account and logged out. Maybe they are very busy? Who knows, but it doesn't look like they really came here to show off their casino but more to see if making 1 post got them some traffic.

Exactly I advise everyone to do proper due diligence before making any attempt to deposit on this casino since they already had bad review reports also the admin who created this thread has not returned to the thread again for a long time now, which doesn't show any sign of a serious team who will be available to sort out players problems if they run into any in the cost of playing on the casinos. So it is better to stay away from this casino for now until otherwise.

I can't guess what did you want to say with that link?, are you want to us visit your site? or just have a look?.  There is some marketing that serves the lures like bonus deposits or something interesting that makes us interested to join, notwithstanding still a few. I'm sure with your step will fewer to join.

So you have to look at what other marketers do here, let's do the same thing, or be more innovative to get more customers, this forum is very competitive if indifferent you will drown.

We can only suggest @OP turn the thread into a good ANN for the casino site. Even then, if @OP is the sales representative of the casino in question. But if @OP just wanted to tell us about the casino without any other intention, I think it's just provoking suspicion from us and we don't know what the @OP really meant.

Changing the display on the first page and explaining the casino site will give us more insight than just providing image links to other websites. But I doubt if @OP will come back here and check our suggestions or critiques.

Apparently, Galaxy.bet is just another brand of the Galaxy Group Ltd company. Before you deposit your money, do some research on these companies so you can make an informed decision. Some of the reviews that can be found online are quite worrying

I agree. It would be good to hear their side of the story and how Galaxy.bet casino is related to other gambling websites from the same group - if they are even all owned by the same people or company at all. Their online reputation isn't great, so I think they should consider focusing on fixing that if they want to attract new customers at their site in future. Otherwise people might be worried about depositing money on the platform after reading so many bad things from others.

The OP just wants to do a free promotion by making his first post on this forum, actually if he wants he should upgrade his account to a Copper Member or use the services of someone trusted in this forum to make a thread about his site, incomplete OP promoting it's just a banner without information link

If all that he want is a free promotion then he won't ever pay someone to open a thread for him or upgrade his account to copper member because that cost him money but his approach above is bad. He better remove that single image link and manually post the features of his website instead. He also need to edit his thread title and highlight the key features there in order to turn heads.

I see that one user quoted the post of the op, making the image appear. Although what the user did is great (helping the others) but I think many are going to be angry for this because this encourages the op more to not purchase a copper membership.

I hope you understand that Trustpilot is a venue where users of companies or consumers write reviews about a certain project and it is not the venue for solving the accusation or getting the customer funds back which technically means there's a chance that some of the reviews may be resolved and not updated by the person that wrote the negative review. However, as casino is concerned the best venue to know if their previous accusation is resolved is through AskGamblers if the casino is listed there.
I don't know if the casino belongs to the previously accused casino but if AskGamblers said the casino is good then is good because the site handles both accusations and resolves the accusation.

I have seen from my own experience that these things are not good, because a promoter always has to be here in the forum answering all the questions that are asked, it is very easy to go to a forum and create a topic, but you must follow, attend to the suggestions, I have seen that there are some casinos that do this same method, but if they respond to concerns and keep people well informed, I think that is what having a thread in a forum is about, to be able to attend to all the incidents and all the doubts they have about the site, and if they don't answer it, it's so that one as a player begins to think badly.

As I have already explained, the author of the topic does not seem accustomed to advertising strategies on social platforms, nor is he aware of their importance and benefits for his project, especially since it is considered an emerging project, although the domain name was acquired a long time ago.
The real problem is that he reads all these comments and deliberately neglects them. Most likely, he visits the forum to see other topics or for other purposes .
