I don't really understand the meaning of the daily capital that you mentioned in the post, but I agree that an investment budget should be a budget that is free from a daily use plan to make ends meet. Reserve fund or savings fund are two budgets worth investing in compared to the money you still need each day. Investment is for long-term plans, so using savings or reserve funds should be safer in the face of price fluctuations.

I'm on the different side here, if there will be huge movement, it will come to average joe like you and me, it's not from the whales per se. As far as I understand, whales in the market is already set, what we just here is that they are just constantly moving their BTC to a wallet that is safe. And with that, if we will see a massive run, then it's us that is moving the market.

Nevertheless, I will agree with the notion that it is still a period of accumulation. Meaning even though the price is $26k and it could be expensive for the majority of us, we can still buy and save and just HODL. We can used the old strategy of DCA when trying to buy Bitcoin.

We still have a year to go, and maybe in the next bull run, a conservative $100k could be the price next and the new all time high will be big and obviously there will be profits for us. But it should start now, continue to accumulate as much as we can. It doesn't mean whole BTC per se, it might be just a couple of sats here and there. So far I don't expect fast returns on bitcoins because I have a long term investment plan. I think collecting as many bitcoins as we can afford is best given the current market conditions which tend to be sideways, but I also agree one can take advantage of short term price volatility for quick profits especially if they are good at trading.

Perfect timing can come rarely so yeah why not? But we shouldn't rely only on those times since we can miss a lot of opportunities as investing can still be done even if the price does not dip heavily. What we are going to look for instead is how high can the coin go. There are so many cryptos in this market already and it might confuse us, so again your suggestion of making a research does make sense to know if which of these coins are truly worthy to invest in.
