i looked into it lately so maybe its why ADA always been in the Trending on CMC even when the price is not going nowhere. some hidden Gems but mostly are Defi projects.

The big problem with hidden gems is that, of course, they are hidden meaning they can appear to be out of our radar and then we just learned that something burst out of the seam and become popular. I would say that it would be the same thing that happened with APTOS as I never got into it so I failed to be a part of its testnet bounty campaign. Now, scouring the internet especially the crypto-based sites and forums can be a tedious process and if we have to join all that come our way then we need more than 24 hours a day for that. Sometimes I just realize that things actually boils down to luck...being at the right place at the right time. Good luck on finding the gems you are looking for.

It's up to one's point of view, for me it might be a hidden gem but I'm not sure you'll like it, so finding hidden gems should be based on your own research. I will only give you one piece of advice; if you want to find hidden gems that are taking the market by storm, such as the apt, use Twitter to do your search. It can be said that all new projects, potential, information, most are updated and shared on it, must say twitter is the place for you to update and exploit the best market we have. Now there are also a number of potential projects evaluated that will be like aptoss that you will find on it.

There are many interesting projects out there. However whether it’s interesting doesn’t mean anything because it’s up to the way it’s marketed.

There can be a great token with utility and it might fail due to no demand due to no marketing. And there can be another token which is average but has a great marketing behind it and it can be successful.

Hence why it’s difficult To find a decent project these days because it might fail anyways.

The big gems I know are BTC and ETH. 

Honestly, there are many projects in this space that offer great profit opportunities, and everyone will have a different approach to them. Some of the low-cap and long-lived altcoins in this market, in my opinion, have some strong upside opportunities when the trend is uptrend, but the important thing right now, I believe, is to hold onto personal assets. I am waiting for an opportunity that I think might be safer. I have a view that 2023 will be a good time to invest, but DCA BTC ETH coins is still one of the ways that I have done it in recent years.

As far as a hidden gem, I think Namecoin is probably the one. Its market cap is below 20 million and at times it’s had a higher hashrate than Bitcoin. Add in that it allows for a non-censored internet and you have one hell of a Diamond in the rough.

Another more mainstream coin I like is Matic/Polygon. The amount of partners on metaverse projects they’ve managed to work with is in itself a pretty bullish sign. I think a lot of people will be using this chain in the future.

A good marketer can sell you a bad product with good marketing skill, it is only when you have had the product that you realize that the product was not as good as the marketer made it to be, that is why extra caution is needed when searching for new projects to invest in. It is risky and you can easily make losses. The prices of some solid crypto projects are currently bearish, you can still profit by making your choice among the strong projects and buy, then wait for the market to be bullish. You can have more assurance with them to do well as the market gets better than with the very new projects that you are not certain of and may just be good projects from marketing.

Yeah I think DeFi projects are meant to put in consideration even the Oracle of Binanace CZ tweeted about DeFi which is his main focus for a long run. Do you take a look at GTN is another fastest blockchain 5.0, this is to tell you how smart and faster its. Then other thing you need to know about project is look at those with low Cap and newly launched by the time they get a higher market cap you would notice you have a gem maybe with might give you 30x to 50x in the next bill run.

I'm more focused on large-cap tokens instead of gems.

Because in my opinion, investing now in gems right now is pretty risky, to be honest/or i would say its gambling. Large caps with strong team and good use case like Ethereum and BNB have ability to survive this bear market on the other hand we cannot say the same about small cap tokens and we don't know if they have enough money to continue working on their project.

Why not look for Metaverse project? majority thinks that this could be big in the future and many are betting on it.

And that is the thing though, I mean you really need to have a good sense and skills on what or where to find this hidden gems. And it's really very different, you have to spend more time digging, and it's not a sure fire formula to find this gems. So there is also some element of luck to be able to give this projects that will give you that X amount of returns in the next bull run.

I think now this is not the most popular opinion, but at the moment I think LTC is underestimated.
Old and fairly reliable coin, inexpensive transfers, a long time on the market, a growing hashrate, in terms of the number of crypto ATMs, it is in second place after Bitcoin.
Of course this is not financial advice and there is no way to make a lot of profit here, but it seems to me that the LTC project is greatly underestimated.

It's very hard to find a project like this due to the existence of private investors in the form for Venture Capital. Usually good project looking for this angel investor to fund there project initial operating cost and marketing and just repaid them later on once the project succeed. VC only accepts quality projects which is the reason why hidden gems is only rare these days. Try to check old projects that still under development or lack of marketing like Neo, Kardiachain and many other blockchain that still have a very under value tokens.

It doesn't make sense to me to buy for Aptos right now. Like you said it has a lot of unlocks. People bought a lot from the airdrop. People may be holding it now because there are NFT sales vs pre-sales. There will be an unloading at some point. But the same conversations were made in the SOL, it went over 100 dollars, these things are never clear. I will just stay away.

I am not sure which coins are hidden gems because cryptocurrency has so many coins that can be the next hidden gems. Ethereum and BNB can be the next hidden gems, but the low price coins can also have that chance.

Maybe Cardano, XRP, CRO, Matic, Doge, DOT, TRX or even Shiba can be the next hidden. It is difficult to know or even detect the right coin that will be the hidden gems but we can try to search for the coin that we think has a big chance of increasing.

Why not bitcoin? Did you ever see anybody market it? Hell no. It has got a community of its own and a userbase supporting it in every bad day. What it shows is that is a product is having its use case and solves a real problem, it will need the least marketing and be able to grow on its own.

Then we have these shit coins that claim to be prepared hat not, but end up as a disappointment in the long run.

So my hidden gem is never hidden because it is bitcoin bought at low price.

I have not yet given up with Cronos. Crypto.com's coin. I think they are one of the hidden gems in the cryptocurrency industry, but investors are too busy looking at NFT and Metaverse right now.
Binance started slow too so it might just be a matter of time on when they will be getting more attention from buyers.
They had the advertisements which is composed of expensive artists and even buying the name for Lakers home in 20 years.

I could see a huge potential in DOT, TRX, LTC and ADA. Aside from Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB, these coins have been showing good potential for years and survived the previous bearish seasons. We've seen how these coins went along with the price of other top coins during the bull market though XRP has been facing a lawsuit, it maintained a good value despite the market situation as well. So for me, buying these coins would be a good move as a preparation for the market recovery in the future.

I heard a lot about memecoins i mean i saw many projects actually and how volatile they get in short time in both sides, i think it’s all about the community and the team of that coin leading that coin to grow like x1000 times from initial price or presale as they call it. I never bought any of it yet. I should thank  you for that website you shared, it’s really so useful to catch some projects that are really going to blow and maybe why not being in one like that and grab much profits
I recommend your suggestion to the OP he must take a look to this treasure you shared. There’s is many ways to catch a good project and get to that train. The good thing also on meme coins they are very cheap sometimes they get to 8 zeros 1 cent, but you find people are buying them very heavily and they getting massive profits

big gems I know are BTC and ETH. 

Those two have way passed the classification of gems. By gem we refer to undiscovered and relatively unknown projects that can do well when tapped into. Bitcoin and ETH have long been discovered. In fact, both are the two major coins on the lips of everyone including those who are new to this industry. Some people even think Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency.

OP, you may want to check projects like Cartesi and CiFi. I like both projects and I think they're undervalued right now.

Nah, there is nothing like that in the crypto space these days. That’s a terrible terrible idea to believe in few of them because we will be finding pin in haystack to work our way up there. That bad it is in the crypto now a days  because they could be coming in bad shape and sizes literally. Take example of LUNA and belief of every person in that project. The problem is there are still fishes which are swimming their way out under there. This is leading many promising projects look better but they all turn to be same at the end when things do not pan out proper for the owners!!
So whatever we choose is always a risk in the crypto space.

Usually those projects sitting around 2-20 in market standing which i do believe that some of them are just really that underrated or even on top 50. What choices?
There are several ex. Polygon.. (personal choice) which you could really make out some presumptions that this might really be that taking off its value in the future
but of course it would really be depending or varying in overall adoption and demand or recognition of the community.
There are indeed hidden gems and even sitting on low caps or low ranking but finding one would be the toughest thing of all.

I also think ADA is one of the hidden gems with its low price and promising future.  Looking at the current market, so far I see ADA among the cheaper coins that have the potential to surge in the coming Bull Market.

Without a doubt I would not recommend investing in NFTs or meme coins during a bear market, and I think this is also a bad idea even during a bull market, because even if the profits you can obtain with those coins can be massive the risks that need to be taken are also massive and very few people are able to get them, right now it is better to take the safest approach and invest in the best coins in the market now that their price is low, and only when the bull market comes people should consider to invest in some coins they consider to be hidden gems.

When you don't know where to look and expect everything to be brought to you ready-made No one will share the gems they find, and the projects they want to share with you will be the usual shilling or the result of poor analysis. There is no certainty when it comes to gems. Everyone defines gems based on their own analytics and methodology for gathering information on a particular project. If you think it is enough to ask a question and they will bring you the golden grail in the world of crypto investing, I hasten to disappoint you. They won't. Do not rely on other people's advice and analytics, which concerns altcoins, always do it yourself. If you do not know how to do it, then it is better not to invest.

If they could indeed analyze every coin or token on the market, they might find the hidden gem. But most people follow other people's advice to invest in a project that might be the next hidden gem without researching or analyzing. This has been the case all along, and even though we have told them to do some research, they still fall into the same hole, and instead of making a profit, they end up at a loss. But what will be a hidden gem is bitcoin, and altcoin will complement bitcoin, but we have to select which altcoin can be the next hidden gem.

OP, you may want to check projects like Cartesi and CiFi. I like both projects and I think they're undervalued right now.

CIFI, is it citizen finance, is this the name of the project you are talking about? I am holding some CIFI from last season and I didnt sell when its price over 100$ and now they just converted to another smart contract for the purpose of increasing supply. I can't really judge if it has real potential but the good news is that they are still working hard even though we are going through bear season and their contemporaries are almost dead. If the P2E trend returns, the opportunity for CIFI to explode is huge.

I will just stick with the top coins for now.
It's hard to find hidden gems in this state of the economy. Most of them could be scam attempts or rug-pull projects so taking care of your money should be the priority. Just save them for now if you cannot find them.
Better not to jump to projects even if they are looking good. I have seen good projects that ended up breaking their own work with a few tweaks in their features. Now they don't even have a value anymore.

That is the issue, inexperienced investors believe it is easy to identify a project which will eventually become successful but this is not true, scammers know very well how to make it seem as if their projects are legitimate as they have copied the structure of other projects which were successful in the past, so you may believe you have found a hidden gem only to discover a few months later you were deceived, an event which is really common in this market.

Yes, everyone will give you financial advise, but not everyone is right, still up to us whether where to put our money is. After all, this is our hard earn money, so we need to be very careful and not just throw it to some X project because someone told us to do so. And if you think after investigation you find the right crypto for you then by all means you have to try it and see how it goes for you. At least it came from your own research and not from someone who are just shilling a project or token because they are a investors of it.

It's hard to be sure that matic is for hidden gems because many other potential altcoins are reputable and have high chances for the future, but any coin can't be sure for long term development because we have had the worst history of Luna project, so I think ETH and BNB are gems true hidden and lower risk than other altcoins.

well matic in this case has quite marketed themselves and famous enough yet it still hasn't getting any good bullrun in their coin, their value could be considered as stuck since at the moment they are gonna be having some bullrun instead it got hindered by the luna crash and as a result they have bullrun that got delayed. moreover matic honestly is already good enough platform with some real good quality projects in their platform.
the other coins that might have good potential and could make some real gain in the future bullrun is the metaverse, even though it seems they are currently having difficult moment in retaining their value, eventually they gonna increase their value once bullrun finally comes.

Meme coins aren't any "hidden gem". They get pumped and then they will eventually get dumped, with the result being you losing everything you have invested. Its rare to find coins that will give you good gains and won't end up scamming people. Too much risk involved, and most of the time you will unknowingly invest in those scams. Why not just invest in bitcoin and some of the top altcoins and hold them for as long as you can?

In my point of view Dogechain is a hidden gem and it will make you profitable in the bull or in a stable market. It's now in a very cheap price. But we should find or select any gem by doing own research.

I don't think that Matic can be called a hidden gem, because exactly what we have noticed about this coin and this network, This exactly has strong fundamentals with a promiisng network to compete with Ethereum. ALthough this still cannot beat Ethereum, at least, this can be one of the competitors that are really influencing.

It's hard to be sure that matic is for hidden gems because many other potential altcoins are reputable and have high chances for the future, but any coin can't be sure for long term development because we have had the worst history of Luna project, so I think ETH and BNB are gems true hidden and lower risk than other altcoins.

ETH and BNB, both are the brightest gems on the market and have been mined for a long time, they are no longer called hidden gems. The hidden gem here means many are unknown and likely to become like ethereum and the next bnb. To be honest, finding such gems is like finding a needle in the sea, currently we have more than 20000 coins and finding a highly profitable project is an impossible task. I think in addition to skill and experience, we need a little luck to find them.

This is an accurate description of the market of cryptocurrencies, it is a minefield, a single step taken without the utmost care can be more than enough to blow your account, now there are fields in which this is not as problematic, but when it comes to investing this is very troublesome, after all people are using money they have acquired after years of hard effort, and to blow your account in a matter of weeks just because you followed the advice of a stranger over the Internet is simply unacceptable, so we must always do our due diligence and even in that case we could still make a mistake and lose a lot of money.
