Nothing to worry about it, it's for management.

It simply means how much it's costing to get per impression from users for all the posts they have (PPP Historical), how much it was costing for the current week (PPP Current Week) and how much average it was costing for per eligible posts for the current week (PPEP). It's helpful data for the advertisers. Ultimately it matters to know what they receive for the investments.
