SCAMMER ALERT.
The Verified Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/eloyriverax/) in the picture below claim to be a marketer but he is a scammer. He collected $1k from a client to do promotion but didn't.
Also scammed other teams and many other NFT project developers by asking them to pay $1k for paid promo that will never be posted!!
Plz report his profile and lets support each other and triumph against scam!!! Let's keep the Crypto community safe by always reporting scammers.

This is an example of how fast companies want to promote their projects. Someone who owns a verified account does not mean that the person is trustworthy. You can buy this type of verified account if you spend money.

So I think that guy is spending money to buy an account. And the projects that the team was interested in promoting in a shortcut way, targeted those projects and he succeeded. So other projects should learn from this and be careful.

What is his influence in the Crypto world only 14 posts and already 1 million followers this is the first time I read about scamming using Instagram if he is a celebrity he is then busted with this report, you can file a report on Instagram by sending them a screenshot of your conversation with him and transaction ID I'm sure they will accept it they do not want their platform to be used for scamming.

Based on the timestamp on your TX proof --February 18, 17.34 (05.34 p.m. for those who can't read 24 setting)-- and the date you made this post --February 19, 15.14 (03.14 p.m.), forum time-- there weren't 24 hours passed between the confirmed transacion and the report. I am not an influencer myself, but I think 24-48H is a quite acceptable timeframe for someone to create a content. So maybe the case here is not he breached contract and scamming you, it's more that you ask hm too soon.

I saw that he made a post promoting an NFT, vandalized-bored-ape or something, was it the content you ask?

What's with the brand-new sock puppet accounts created to just reply to this scam accusation? Trying to hide something shady?

This is not the way it works if you want to clean your reputation. It even makes me doubt more when one tries to use sock puppet self-vouching accounts. More like fake feedback.

It would have been better for the customer to send him part of the amount agreed upon before publishing the promotion and the other part after he promotes the product, or for this transaction to take place through a third-party site such as Fiver or Upwork in order for everyone to guarantee their rights. Unfortunately, there are many scammers who have verified their accounts On Instagram and on social media sites to scam people, so the verification mark is not a measure of a person's integrity and credibility. We should not trust anyone, no matter how many followers he has, because it may be that these followers are not real or bots, and he is exploiting these numbers of followers in order to make people trust him.
