Instead of Nicehash, which one i could use to mine ?

Nicehash is not a pool they rented your miner and anytime they can switch to mine other coins than Bitcoin but you are paid in Bitcoin depending on your miner's valid shares.
About other pools check the ViaBTC pool or try to find other pools here

Based on the 2nd image above it looks like the hashrate is fine and the 20th/s is the average hashrate look at the chart carefully there is a gap on the first run and also look at the current hashrate it's sending 22th/s.
Alright thank you very much, i will check some other pools. As i saw in internet, my machine it's made to mining at 21 hashrate so is normal stats. It is giving me arround 35€ or 40€ per month,
