The ones who do really benefit out when dollar price or value increase is into those;

1. OFW workers
2. Work from home freelancers on 3rd or developing countries

With having that increase of value then of course it would also increase their salary or income since USD had rose up but thinking up thoroughly
that it would really be still useless since needs and commodities do rise up which means that you would really be still spending those increase funds on increased goods price. 
For those who lived up on a 1st world or rich countries and then the salary or wages arent that going up high but good are then this would really be fucked up someones living.

It could, and it couldn't. It is hard to see that things from the present would be solved after winter. I think it will take longer than that to both this industry and overall economy of different  countries. Bitcoin is on the edge of falling to a $12k market value as many investors assumes of. And this is possible especially to the situation we are currently seeing; the price of most cryptos are struggling to current price range. Questions of what factors are exactly pulling down the market prices of cryptos including Bitcoin. My answer as a guess, is all of it. The price of Bitcoin is dependent with the demand. Given that many factors are affecting the demand, I think it is just valid to say that all of those factors are the cause of this downtrend.

Dollar is still weak against real items, if it were actually strong currency the people who hold dollars would benefit from a reduced cost of living but generally all average income populations have become worse off from inflation observed globally.   Its just that Dollar is the least affected, thats how the reserve system works at the moment with a bias towards mostly western currencies.
