I feel that lately time has passed very quickly, than in previous years. do you feel that way too?

I wake up on the first day of the working week and feel like in a few days the weekend will come, after which everything will repeat cyclically. So yes, time is running too fast((

Some would say "time moves faster when you are having fun", well I think there is some truth in that saying... especially for those who exist in a reality/atmosphere of truth, happiness, joy, peace etc.

Things are way faster in that kind of reality/existence. And it's something that has been experienced here before... It felt like living in a video fast-forwarded in a very high speed and somehow you are able to understand the video in great detail.

Currently experiencing the reality without noticing the fast forwardness.

When  you begin to learn, face and chases after responsibilities and yet can't meet up with your challenges , it would always seem that you had not enough time to make it count a success.
Otherwise, the time of now and then remains constant.

E.g.   If you can meet up to finish early in an exam hall, you don't need sitting til the exams duration but if you are having difficulties you would require extra time.

its not long that this Christmas season will end together with New year day, then another  holidays and like after waking up , Christmas is in again.

this is how fast time passing nowadays specially with internet around? this is also the reason why time passes so fast in our  days now.

How I wish we come back to the stone age where days being so long and time passed depending in our physical activities not like now that mostly sitting in front of computers and gadgets.

When I was young , I kept asking the time to go faster so i can do whatever i wanted
being mature but that changed when the time comes that I need to have work to fed myself, in which i
compared my living with family and when I am in solo living.

Now the time runs faster , we cannot even see it coming that another years passed
these days I'm getting older and I'm afraid that in any time sooner I will be needing my wheelchair to walk
that is what time brings, our ages and our body.

yeah . sometimes it seems like you just glimpsed your eyes and yes the days end already this is how fast time flies now and yes we cannot really enjoy the days that long.

same reason why sometimes I even spend my day on the mountain or in the beach , this is how my day stays longer using no gadget and yes not even talking to anyone but enjoying the full scale of the view and nature.

I used to anticipate reaching a certain age often daydreaming about what I would be doing at that age mainly because of the movies I have watched I have, in a sense, always romanticized reaching this certain age that I badly wanted to be but when I finally reached it it seemed very normal there was really no significant changes that happened after I reached that certain age

Now i always say that i wish i was just a kid again i say to the air every day that i wish i could have just stayed as a kid and did not have to have any responsibilities and feel anything i wish i could have just lived doing the same routine i had been doing everyday since i was a kid: eating, playing and sleeping

I still remember almost every single day of this past year and it really does seem like time passed so fast I can not believe how we are going to be entering 2024 and leaving 2023 behind it makes me want to appreciate everything around me

I havent really think about it. Time is just fine for me but everytime I look back, I realize that a lot of thing have already happened. The perception of time can be influenced by the novelty and variety of experiences and as we age, routines can make time seem to pass more quickly since there are fewer new and memorable events maybe? Also, the comparison of time to past experiences can make it feel like it's moving faster. It's a common phenomenon as people reflect on the passage of time.

The older we get, the faster time moves, this is inexplicable, but true. When you're young, you don't even think about it. Sometimes it seems incredible, thoughts appear that maybe this is a global effect, a change in the world, a cosmic influence. But we will never know because our knowledge in this area is very limited. All that remains is to capture the moments of life, try to keep everything in your head, memories are the most valuable thing we have.

Feeling that time is passing fatster have a relationship with growing up because, when you are just a Kid, your minde isn't thinking about a lot of things like your thoughts are limited, but when you get older you get a lot of thoughts to think about, work, travel, get fun, become serious when you have to, think about life in general, and other things like existence, religion, finding yourself, and that makes your mind busy that he won't think a lot about the time passing so when you realize that, you get the sensation that time is passing fatster,

That's true when most people say here that when we get older, time is quicker. I can attest to that and I didn't know even that for a fact.

But I can say that I have a great childhood and I can still vividly remember many of the activities and games that I did during the younger days.

I'm going to the stage of being old and I just feel that the time is very fast and that's why I am just enjoying the remaining days of my life. That's one realization I've got and I hope that all of you too.
