Elon Musk is one of the keys to be 100k$ per Bitcoin?

Any prominent figure will be the key for Bitcoin road to $100k.  I agree that Elon Musk will be one of the keys in making Bitcoin price surge.  He has the ability to influence people, pump the market and create service that can accept Bitcoin as mode of payment.  He maybe a Dogecoin guy but it is not forbidden to have two or more cryptocurrency to promote.

Well for Elon Musk he is a person who apart from having a lot of money, does not like Bitcoin very much and I think it is for the simple reason of not being able to control it, he would like to do something like what Vitalik did with ETH, take full control , so that is something that is not good at all, it has been proven that a person who has control of many things is dangerous, they always make the biggest mistakes and harm the people who most need a certain type of attention, Elon Musk will take advantage of Twitter to raise the price of Doge, and give it a pump, but with Bitcoin no matter how much you buy, social networks will not be able to change the true feeling of Bitcoin for many people.

I beg to disagree, if Elon does nit like Bitcoin very much then we shouldn't find him holding Bitcoin and talking positive about it.  Besides he should have sold his BTC when Bitcoin records its ATH last year.

Bitcoin will get $100k. But this space of time can be shorten by the number of key factors not just by an individual, We can see that through El Salvador. Elon Musk is also among the key factors that will make Btc surge quickly to $100k and without him is still going to rise to $100k after all before Elon Musk btc surge to almost $20k
Around 2017/2018.Btc will definitely rise to $100k as time goes on but this time can be shorten by key factors that the best you can say because btc does not depend on a single person.

Yes, some might be saying that Satoshis comeback would really make it happen but we should always consider those main factors which is recognition and adoption.His comeback doesnt automatically would shoot

Elon Musk, only used his popularity for his own benefit. He manipulated the market so hard that, he bought doge in cheap price and sold in 100 times more price. He is a man who only care about his own profits. Bitcoins don’t need these type of cheap hypes to increase in it’s price. Btc will definitely rise when the demand for the coin increases. So yes don’t lose hope and keep holding the coins for couple of months. Let’s go Bitcoins to Moon .

Well to be fair i can't quite blame Elon Musk for any of that, of course he should care about his own pocket, so does everybody else, the people that should be blamed are investors and individuals who are so keen on following what Elon does, believing what he says and investing in projects he tries to shill. Mind you that if one falls victim to manipulation and hype, it is because the said individual has failed to do their own research, but acted only in a bid to follow the bandwagon. Having said that, Elon Musk has no control whatsoever on Bitcoin's future price, if people allow his manipulations to get to them, then i'm afaid it's all on them.

I don't see a problem he chose doge over bitcoin to use for twitter, it's not an insult to bitcoin. Just because you love bitcoin doesn't mean everyone will love bitcoin, our market has thousands of different coins. We all know he's a big fan of dogecoin so it wouldn't be surprising that he chose doge, he used to remove bitcoin from Tesla payments so there's no reason he choose btc for TW. It would be better if he shouldn't do anything with bitcoin, it would be better for bitcoin, because he also just uses it to manipulate filling his pocket and not benefit bitcoin.

Though Musk is an influential person in crypto and can cause some price movements, he can't lead BTC to $100K alone. But in fact Bitcoin doesn't need Elon to reach $100K. It all depends on the crypto supercycles and halving cycles. I would expect that BTC will fly up to the next price level  after the next halving in 2024.

However, he got some blowback for the excessive energy consumption of BTC mining in China that predominantly comes from non-sustainable sources. Those miners are progressively moving towards environmentally sustainable energy sources as a result of pressure from Beijing.
Because of this, I think Musk will be on board accepting BTC again very shortly.

Looks like Musk considers life as a big game from which main is to have as much fun and joy as possible. So he mainly does what entertains. Crypto is at the forefront of modern public interest and that's IMO why Musk turned his attention to it and decided to play with it. I don't think that some reasonable ideas will impact him in this topic, but crypto will stay in great request for long enough to see Musk will return to Bitcoin discussion again and again.

I see him as a troll and the reason he said he is removing BTC as a mode of payment from Tesla is silly. May be he does not want to hold BTC when the market goes down and cited a reason for taking them down.

Even though we do say that it wont work anymore, then look at on how it did really affect Doge price on the time that he had bought Twitter officially? He didnt make out any words or steps on that but
the market did really make out that kind of reaction which does simply means that we cant really be sure nor make out some conclusions that Elon cant really make out some significant impact whenever
he do decides on making some shill towards Bitcoin or other coins.We might have those experiences back in the past about those manipulative acts of Elon
but the entire community cant really just able to ignore nor refuse on what are the probabilities for the prices to react on.

And Elon Musk did mention that there hasn't been any bitcoin for sale since he bought it. Is the question true that Musk mentioned that he posted on the Twitter platform?

In addition to this, many of us in this industry community know that the price of bitcoin will increase by around 100k$ or more, there is just no certain day and year when it will happen. Also, we don't even know how many bitcoins Elon Musk holds, but he is one of the biggest holdings of bitcoins in the world today.

Do you think Elon Musk is one of those who will push the price of bitcoin up to reach 100k$ each when the bull run comes?

Musk is indeed a big man, and has a certain guiding role in digital currency, especially now, with the acquisition of Twitter - which Trump has called the most liar media. However, there is no affiliation between Musk and Bitcoin, and Musk is not Satoshi Nakamoto. He cannot decide the future of Bitcoin.

While Tesla accepting BTC for cars would be a positive for Bitcoin no doubt, I don't think that's the $100K Bitcoin catalyst.  More likely it would be an ETF, so you could say regulators are the key.  If I were going to put it on specific people though, I think Tim Cook or Jeff Bezos are better candidates.  If Apple had a native Bitcoin wallet or Amazon started using Bitcoin it could spur adoption at significant levels.  Maybe we'll get them both this cycle along with an ETF.  We can dream.  Summer 2025!

In my opinion Bitcoin can reach 100k easily just with speculation and Elon doing his "thing". Another story is when bitcoin will have a real success and be established as world currency. Sadly I believe this scenario will happen only after a big currency crisis, nothing compared to our previous crisis, where dollar losses its position as world currency and creates a destabilization in all world currencies, making them useless due to inflation, something that central banks wont be  able to stop and probably they will make it worse... I do not like much this scenario because we would be pretty fucked up, but bitcoin can success in that scenario. Anyway I do not think this will happen in next 200years so.... but who knows.

Elon isn't some god; in fact he has shown his support for the WEF & the great reset numerous times.

All the "innovative" tech he's working is related to surveillance & control in some way.

I hope Tesla dumps all their Bitcoin TBH.

The good thing is - Bitcoin doesn't care either way. The supply continues to get more scarce & bad actors continue to get pushed out.

I find it strange that people still see a solution for Bitcoin price growth in Elon Musk. He has pumped the price with his tweets and actions, and he has dropped the price back when he announced Tesla has sold all or some of BTC. It is +1 and -1 in reputation measurement for him. It seems that he does not care much about crypto right now. He has a new toy (Twitter) and he is all into it. By the time he pays attention to crypto again, Bitcoin either will already be traded at $100k, or Elon will not take into account anymore.

I totally agree with your opinion, friends, that one cannot expect Elon Musk to be able to do anything with bitcoin, because bitcoin will go according to market movements every time. as an entrepreneur, it must be admitted that he is very reliable to be able to manage all the companies he owns but it is doubtful to be able to manage crypto. Elon Musk actually always uses his capacity as a public figure to change and influence crypto according to what he wants.
but i doubt that he is able to move crypto to increase during bear market phase.

That's what you call manipulation. He's good with it and that's why he's led his companies to the top and while he's got that confidence. Those that look up to him will follow whatever he say because of the success that he's taken.
He may be one of the people that will also help the market to grow up to that point because of how bullish he is, as he has mentioned before. The purchases of his companies like Tesla with bitcoin will drive people crazy and start to make them panic buy.
