If he knows the risk of trading, then I hardly believe that he will suffer that much to get a heart attack. I think it's normal for a newbie to have anxiety and fear when trading, l had such a terrible experience when I started trading though not as far as having heart problem but the heart beat was very fast worst of it was when I tried future trading for the first time,  however with time I was able to get over fear, emotions and anxiety while spot or cross margin trading and I also trade forex, I have a trading strategy and sticked to it once I place a trade I don't entertain any fear again because I am only trading with a small percentage of my total portfolio or account which I can afford to lose, I wouldn't embark on a trading that will cause a heart attack due to huge amount of money involved.

If you have a heart problem, I advise you to avoid trading because there is no guarantee that you will never lose in the market even if you are a professional trader and you have also realized that entering a trade is very risky if you are not mentally prepared or cannot accept losses then you should really stay away from the market.
