and also there are no other game that one can offer solely , all game provider has the same set of games that bringing to each gambling sites so it is indeed that KYC is the main problem here.

actually this has been the bread and butter of scam site , and those are whom blocking players because of their breaking of rules but cannot provide what rules they broke with evidence .

Definitely the strategy feature, if a user/player actually tries to learn the game and try to use as much of the different betting strategies that the game allows him/her to do, or invent. A long term user/player won't lose his Bitcoins in slot machines forever. He/she would find a game that he can play to strategize and bet more when house edge is lower, bet less when it's higher.

We just want to build this game the right way that players actually enjoy playing in addition to potential of winning big....  

I believe there's no need to invent a new game, just build your own implementation of BlackJack and Craps.

actually they are not lying about that instead they are hiding in that, claiming to be asking only KYC when there are suspicious activity in players account and then blocking their account for this lol.

Apart from this forum, I rely on several casino review sites, including GamblingBro and BTCGOSU; additionally, when I'm looking for information about a particular gambling site, I also check out reviews at Casino.guru as well as Askgamblers. I don't trust YouTube and Twitch streamers. Many of them gamble with fake balances, promote only sites that pay them for it, and mislead their viewers.

I don't think so, most of users in this forum are promoting centralized casino where it's require KYC verification and they're gamble on there because of many promotions. Casino that has zero KYC doesn't have many promotion since they're worried if many users abuse it.

There's a casino claim to be decentralized, add metaverse and web 3.0 but they're not getting any red tag which mean users are allow it.

1. Delays with payment and ofcourse, non-paying or scam gambling platforms. Since you are talking about general 'space' of this industry.
2.Something new. There are numerous gambling platforms but they are mostly the same.
3. Profit. For sure.
4. Players.
5. Twitter.

Hope this helps and also, I hope your project would be a success. Only a few are curious enough to gather informations from players whoch should be an important thing for new gambling platforms. They need to hear more from players because they are the primary market of this industry. As I've mentioned, there are many platforms to choose from if it is just gambling we are talking about. Question is, how would new sites excel over existing ones? Rewards and bonuses are the usuals, not to mention traditional games. Great job on trying to do market research before anything else. It's really a good thing to do and you can somewhat assure yourself that you are doing those things for a purpose. You need to know that before anything else.

I'll try to answer some that I could think of.
- One pain point for me is that conversion of actual assets in the site is hard. I mean, I would love to have a converter for it so I could still profit while holding. But It's going to be then a trading site. I'm not sure how that would work.
- A game that players has the edge. Lol.
- Higher odds and chances of winning. If you have promos as well.

Now, the first two points are not very good for me, OP should better manage a request like the one he makes, that is, show your project as it is or how it will be, come on! "showing your cards".

But we should also be careful, because casinos can also put their own users to join the game and control the results of the games and make their users win more than what's actually probable. That's the point I was also going to add that most of the casinos nowadays think they will launch NFT project and then give royalties to the holders in form of profits and that's separate part but many are just using the web 3 terms with them but have nothing in common to it when they are centralised control system so they must avoid it.

Moreover as already said if you implement no KYC norms with lot of slots you will find many players on your site having various deposit options for them.The main part will be engaging players after they sign up by promotion and bonuses to them which will make them wager more on your casino.

It is a must for a casino to write down its rules so that gamblers do not try to violate these rules and gamblers also know what to do to play comfortably.
