No doubt about it though and never question if it's a right time to buy some coins because you can buy anytime of your choices. By doing so, DCA must be applied during that process in order for you have a good bags of solid projects before bull run resumes. Applying DCA is the best strategy their is, not just on bear market but it can be apply any type of crypto seasons.

It is good decision to buy valuable coins during bearish market and hold those for long term. Thus it is possible to make earn a lot from those coins cause while bullish market come, those will raise up continuously. But if you buy others so called altcoin then that will risk your investment. Cause those might give you a lot of money but there is also chance to go down and Won't pump even during in bullish market

Correct me if I'm wrong but my impression  with your reply is maybe you mean  to say meme coin or those assets that are only use for pump and dump.

All are alt projects after Bitcoin, those well established assets are also considered as alt coins and there are many that you can pick to use for your investment.  Just do your diligence to research and investigate  for possible  great compensations.

In bearish market i only stick to big coins such as top 10 coins in CMC. So even tough the price drop drastically im just gonna hold it and no need to stress about it, but remember always DYOR. Sometimes bearish market can be our opportunity to get more money.

During bearish market, altcoins get pump suddenly and get dumped suddenly without any news or reasons. Thats verily usual in crypto market.
