If war starts now, I think the safest location would be on the moon or better still we cam talk to Elon Musk to take us to planet Mars so that we can avoid the turbulence that may come during the war. The US and Russia are planning on fighting war that we don't know how it is going to end except they stop the war and settle everything in a peaceful way.

What about Switzerland ?
It is a country which has mostly stayed neutral during the World War II and it has access to luxurious things.
