That's a little harsh but you are right, for you to aspire to become a good campaign manager you must be an example and you must set your own standard and that standard should be good because this is the same standard that you are going to set to campaign participants that you are managing, of course, skill is important like creating a spreadsheet, good communication skill is very important there are a lot more, but you must start on establishing your reputation here in Bitcointalk.

If that's what was true, why Hhampuz is managing the most bitcoin paid signature campaigns while others are getting a hard time getting a single one? Hhampuz is currently managing ~10 signature campaigns, while Royse, if I'm correct, is managing 3 campaigns now. What about others? It's a lot of things you must know before being a quality campaign manager which will eventually get you more campaigns. It's not that easy bro. You can see a lot of campaign managers out there. How many of them get a quality project on hand to manage? Very few of them. Others are managing poor/scam bounty campaigns.
I wouldn't discourage OP but remember that you need a lot of reputation to be a successful campaign manager here. Alternatively, build connections with more people here.

True indeed but guess what, some of them even don't know how to maintain the spreadsheet properly. Also, it becomes easy to get a project when they charge a very small amount. I have seen a campaign manager getting paid $50/week. Some scam/shit project look for cheap services and that's how newbie gets the project because they charge according to their skill and rank. I'm sure no high-rank member would ever consider managing a bounty campaign for $100-$150/week even.

I checked your post and he is telling the truth, before you aspire to become a good campaign manager be a good example first and avoid spamming and posting copy-paste threads these are something that you don't want your participants to do if they are in your campaign so correct your posting activity first, even if you have all the other skills to become a campaign manager if you have these spamming habit, project owners will not trust you to handle their campaign well.

This is correct, OP, looking out for projects to promote here is not limited only in the forum. In addition, The strong skills you need for this job are research and analysis skills. Ability to determine a legitimate project that'll provide quality to members of this forum. Analyzing the quality of posts made by participants so as to obey the forum rule tailored to signature campaigns, which frowns at low quality posts and spamming the forum. For sure, you will have to find the projects yourself. First try to develop a portfolio of bounty and project management and try to get projects by directly contacting different crypto projects and asking them to advertise their services on bitcointalk. Initially you may find it difficult to get customers but once you are established and trusted, you will be able to grow your services.

Anyways as with other jobs and services, you need to work hard, and it is no way an easy work.
