Spain is on top of the group and Nigeria is the last in the group and that is not to measure or to predict the team that will win in this Match but I just don't trust Nigeria in this game because their performance is very poor from their previous games. As Brainboss said Super Falcons are only good in the African Cup of Nations and not the international matches. Look at the group C points.

They actually did that because the newly appointed coach made it clear that he doesn’t want the services of Osimhen because he won’t suit his playing style and he prefers they get him Romelu Lukaku. Staying at the club will only reduce his market value and their chances of cashing out from his sale.

It’s not shameful at all and it is a normal thing for a coach not want a player because of his style of play won’t suit his game pattern we have seen it happen to lots of players. I don’t think Arsenal are still in the race to sign him but Chelsea are looking to do anything possible to sign him, i hope they succeed because Osimhen will help the team and the team also will help him elevate his value as well.

NFPL New Season Begins

Nigerian Football Premier League (NFPL) has started and the Matches are on going. Like today being the 8 day of September 2024.

Abia Warriors vs Remo Stars played and Remo Stars won the game with 2-0. And it was I. Sodiq and J. Fatokun from Remo Stars scored the goals. And Bendel Insurance vs Rivers United FC played 0-0 draw. Heartland Owerri vs Enyimba played 1-3. Enyimba scored 3 goals against their opponent. Kano Pillars won their Match against Ikorodu City was the 3-0.

Kwara United 1 while Niger Tornadoes 2. Nasarawa United vs Shooting Stars 1-1 draw. Plateau United 1-0 Katsina United. And finally for today Sunshine Stars 3 - 0 Bayelsa United.

There are some Teams that were good performed in the last season are yet to do well. What do you have to say about this season on the league.

I don't know how current this new is but I know in most recent times, osimhen has been spotted at Galatasaray a d will soon be playing for them, he's already traveled to Galatasaray so I don't know about leaving Napoli been an issue because he's got a place. Mainly ta some point I want to put some blame on osimhen because there's a saying that "it's always best to leave when the ovation is high" he had that opportunity last season but refused because he felt indebted to Napoli who now is treating him in an ill manner.

Nigeria league is a league that I have come to know that the home teams are always at an advantage because I have continually played the home teams in my bets and to a very great margin the results have always been exactly what I predicted. And this River united game against heartland is a clear win for me if you ask because River united are one of the teams in the league coupled with the fact they are actually playing home.

Olaniyi from Rivers United FC scored at 4 minutes and there was no hope for many fans from Heartland Owerri but C. Molokwu helped they out by scoring one goal. And K. Abdullahi and K. Abdullahi scored for Rivers United to complete the 3-1.

Currently in the match ongoing so far. For now Akwa united is losing  0:1 at home to Abia warriors. surprisingly same Akwa warriors that lost 2 goals to Remo Stars in their last campaign at home.

Imama the head coach for Abia Warrior has said it before that his team will win Akwa United. Imama Amakpakabo said the Team will rough for Akwa United to play when the and they are going to take the highest point against the opponent. Akwa United is losing in their home stadium. The “battle of the legends” was the biggest fixture of the weekend in the NPFL, Heartland FC Owerri (manager: Emmanuel Amunike) was hosted by Rivers United (manager: Finidi George). Rivers United beat Heartland 3 - 1. This loss is coming after Heartland lost at home 3-1 to Enyimba.

Emmanuel Amunike is one of the managers who applied for the Super Eagles managerial position, his performance in Heartland FC is not encouraging at all. He has lost his first two games. Heartland remains at the bottom of the league table. Did we dodge a bullet here?

That will be awkward you know  , because I believe other users from other countries may decide to visit thread , and may endup having interest in it . Two matches played and Finidi George has secured 4 posts for Rivers United. Finidi has shown that his sucess at Enyimba F.C was not a fluke. He won the league with Enyimba F.C in his second season as manager. In his third season, his team were contenders for the title but he left the club for the Super Eagles job. And that transition did not end well for him. Finidi is back to the NPFL and is winning games. He’s played in the NPFL and is now coaching in the league. He’s got more local and international experience than most managers in the league. It is still early days in the league and the players are still getting used to his tactics. When the team has adjusted to his playing style, we will see Rivers United contend for the title this season.

Calling it shameful makes you sounds as if you lack the requisite information on how football works and what club and player's does at each point because what happened to Victor Osimhen is similar to what happened to Christina Ronaldo during his time at Manchester United, and how he battle with the coach throughout his time in the club, so same thing happens now and there is nothing we can say about it, club want results and there is alot of politics in the football space, that outsiders may not have right information about, and that affects the way those individuals react.
Victor is already doing well at his new club and despite being asked to leave his former club it doesn't stopped the star player from bagging and getting signed into another club he is also scoring goals at his new club which is a positive records for him as a player and the club that pays such huge amount of money to secure the player to the club.

We are not talking about how much the NPFL has improved. It’s no longer the situation where the home team always win, now the away team get goals and even wins comfortably without controversial caps from the referees. The other thing we need to work on is how transfers are being conducted. Sometimes before the start of the season, a club side would let go of every player in their ranks and bring in totally new players. This is something we don’t see in other developed leagues around the world but it happens in the NPFL. The NPFL should look at establishing long term contracts for players to ensure players welfare.

It's sad to note that Heartland of Owerri has lost their second match of the Nigeria Premier League of the season. They lost their first home match of the season against Enyimba by 1-3, and they still lost to Rivers United FC with the same result of 3-1 away. What a terrible defeat for Heartland.

There are rumors that what is filled in Heartland FC of Owerri are very young players who don't have enough stamina to compete with mature guys filled in the Nigeria premier league. It's like Heartland FC will occupy the relegation table again as they did last season.
