We all know that the biggest problem with such services is trust, and that things can go downhill at any moment, but that's always a risk if you're looking for anonymous services. The Basic plan seems like a good option considering the price of only $99 per year, which is really not expensive if we compare it to other services that offer anonymous cards with a fee that is up to 10 times higher.

Maybe it sounds too good to be true, and maybe time will show that it really is, who knows, we'll see.

Hi Rogue_Sol,
First off, thank you for using and trusting us.

You probably only paid for the card and not the Top-Up. When clicking on "Create A New Card" you can choose the card plan, after clicking on "create" you will be shown a payment address. After the payment, only then your card is created and activated.

After that, you can go to your card and click on "Top-Up Card", you will then be shown a new payment address to fund your card. Did you maybe underpay the payment? You can shoot me a private message with your user email and I can have a look for you.

Thanks,

You are absolute right, we could 100% ask higher prices. However, we are here for the long marathon. We wanted our service to be affordable for the masses, and continue to upgrade our platform. Our app is also coming in the next month to make card creating and funding much easier and accessible.

I honestly hope you'll be here for the "long marathon". I am a chicken and I will not risk my money yet (too many similar businesses didn't get to last more than a couple of weeks, sorry), but if you pass the test of time and remain close to this level of prices I will very much consider using too your services.

LE: after seeing your later "answers" I start doubting your honesty. Sorry.

Absolutely, and understandably. We have thought hard about our pricing for months, and we think these prices are more than fair at the moment. And we certainly have no plans to raise our prices in the future.
Also, as a very important note, all our card issuers and payment processors know what kind of service we provide. So we don't do this under their noses. The only way for us not to provide KYC-FREE cards is going to be because of law changes. Even if so, we can just switch to our other card issuers in just 5 minutes. If in a case suddenly all card issuer don't want a KYC-FREE card anymore, then we will ask for a simple form of photo ID for new users to still continue our service.

So we have back-up plans for back-up plans to always ensure we can offer cards to our crypto users worldwide.

Some will not be happy with that and imho you should offer those (if there will ever be the case) the option to withdraw their existing funds before leaving the platform.
Even more if you have this kind of things in your ToS, it would be imho a good advertising to clearly write that the users who want to leave in case KYC is suddenly asked will be able to withdraw their existing funds.

So, to clarify, this would only be the case for new users. We don't expect that it will ever happen, but for full transparency reasons, we just shared our next-step-plan in case that would ever happen. We will definitely take your tip and add that line today to our ToS. If we should make any platform or policy changes, users would be able to withdraw 100% of their funds if necessary without compromising their privacy 100%.

Understandable, as I responded to your question: We would love to provide some free cards to reputable BitcoinTalk users to test out the service free of charge.

Hit me up (private message). I've reviewed cards for Ezzocard and AlexPCS in the past.

I can assure you that we have years of experience using, handling and building on crypto, so I can brag a little that we are experts in this field.
Ok, let's see what happens in next weeks and months.
I am always a bit suspicious whenever new crypto related service appears, maybe because I saw so many scams that I can't count them all.
You will have to prove that you are legit, and I would like to hear experience from other people who used your cards.
I will consider contacting you for testing when you add Bitcoin.

We also don't use their service to directly accepted payments from users. Furthermore, we use our own internal relay system. That means user pay first to us -> then coins are sent to a 3rd party service provider (also called off-ramps) in order to exchange the coins to for example USD in real-time. However, the moment you send a payment, there is and will be always a check to verify that the wallet you used is not blacklisted by any government entity.
I understand, and in case received coins are blacklisted by someone, are you going to return coins to sender or do something else?
It would be better to make this checks BEFORE sending transaction.

PS
Is there any chance for releasing coinpaycard physical cards and shiopping worldwide?

So to be clear, no, we don't accept any stole coins.
That's cute. Millions of Bitcoins have been stolen over the years, and most of them found a new owner by now who had nothing to do with the theft. That's why money is fungible. You can't blame someone for what someone else did with that money in the past. Using USDT instead of Bitcoin only makes it worse, as it's a centrally controlled centralized token. Nobody blames someone who spends a dollar bill that was stolen before, why would you act different when it comes to digital currencies?

Quote
P.s. we don't share our card issuer, that is private information.
I've seen this before. It sounds shady.

So, if you have a blacklisted wallet, you would know it. Because 99% of the times a wallet is blacklisted when they are involved for example in a hack. So we don't expect anyone using our service with a blacklisted wallet. These transactions are 99.99% auto rejected.

At this time, we don't have plans for physical cards, unfortunately. These cards come with more rules and regulations, and are a logistics nightmare at the moment.

I asked you a very simple question, so I would like to see a simple answer please, and evaluate risk of using your service.
For the record, people don't always know if someone blacklisted their coins because they usually don't dig deep in history of all transactions.
It wouldn't be hard for any legitimate business to simply answer this question, so I will repeat again, in case you received coins that are blacklisted by someone for any reason, are you going to return this coins to original sender or do something else?

The only place on earth where you can use a blacklisted wallet is on a mixer or on a tor marketplace. So your question is weird. You're questioning this topic like somebody could magically have a blacklisted wallet without knowing. That is simply not true and impossible.

It's important to understand how crypto works, coins itself cannot be blacklisted. It's the wallet that are blacklisted. And as I said, these transactions are 99.99% auto rejected.

I think that it's simply a small difference between the ways you two see the things. You can block an address from sending you money (black list it). But I think that what was meant in that question was that if certain input(s) are declared to be stolen (doesn't matter how) and you have received those coins (or parts of that), and you will not handle them because they're stolen... what will you do next, seize them (under whatever reasons) or return them to the originating address, or maybe something else?
As an addition, I guess that the question is about money directly linked to a theft, not money washed through 1000s of addresses in many years after a theft.

So to be clear, a blacklisted wallet is a wallet that is 99% involved in, for example, a hack. These wallets are then blacklisted, meaning exchanges and business will reject payments from those addresses. Blacklisted wallet can be found on public lists, provided to the crypto community by law enforcement worldwide. It's impossible for 99.99% of the crypto users to have a blacklisted wallet. Coins can be tracked, but after they are getting mingled and distributed to legit users, it's impossible to track them. So again we deny these transactions and the coins are sent back to the wallet they come from.

At last, I will say it again. Coins itself cannot be blacklisted. It's the wallet they are in that are blacklisted. I think it's time to close this topic. I have given enough answer regarding this topic.

As an addition, I guess that the question is about money directly linked to a theft, not money washed through 1000s of addresses in many years after a theft.

How should we know if wallets are linked to theft if they are not blacklisted? Blacklisting is just a public list of wallets involved in hacks and theft. I think the other users has a complete other thought behind blacklisting a wallet, and doesn't know what it exactly means.
