For the sake of transparency, what can you bring to the table that proves that what you are saying is correct? It's your word against the player's. Why would it be enough for you to say
he is an abuser if it isn't enough for the player to say
I am not? I understand you can't share specifics about the systems you are using because that would give cheaters insights about how they work. From that point on, they can change tactics knowing what you look for when investigating abusers. But there has to be something more than
we are right and the player is wrong. What can you show without revealing your methods?

If you are so sure of your innocence, have you considered contacting a 3rd-party like AskGamblers or Casino Guru to look at your case?
