There is nothing different from the truth as you have said but waiting for the right time you might really not get it as no one can tell the next move accurately. The best time to buy bitcoin is now. Filling up your bag is just the absolute answer to your question now. This might just be the last price you would be able to get it at this rate and otherwise. I always advise people before they get to buying Bitcoin as an investment for a long term to always invest what they can be able or afford to loose if it happens otherwise so it does not affect them. And another thing I do is to let them know " not your keys,not your coin" so that would call to their consciousness on where to safely hold their bitcoin and other assets or funds.
