Achieving this with Portugal would be a truly formidable challenge. However, we should take on consideration that MLS could not be compared to Saudi Pro League. I believe that if he manages to score at least 4 goals each month, when the World Cup games arrive, he would be very close to reaching the 1000 goals he so desires, because the World Cup games will take place during the period when the Saudi league will have finished. He could also arrive at the World Cup while his team has become champion; this would perhaps be excellent motivation for him in the World Cup, and in the next season he could reach 1000 goals. I saw that too but it isn't bad if his teammates help him achieve 1000 career goals by feeding him with assists and passes that can lead to a goal scoring opportunity. João Félix was very active in scoring goals but it seems that the manager has told him to prioritize helping Ronaldo get to that milestone. Messi already won World Cup in 2022 and he can retire anytime if he want without any regret while with Cristiano Ronaldo, he wants to win a World Cup title and the coming World Cup will be like his last chance for achieving it. Cristiano has another target, the 1000th goal, and opportunity of playing together with his son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. in official matches. With Cristiano Ronaldo, I believe that he will not retire if his body still allows him playing while with Messi, if he feels tired, lose his motivation of playing, he will retire anytime.

And given the number of matches remaining for this season in the Saudi Professional League and Kings Cup, this target seems achievable by early next season. BTW, I don't know when Messi is going to retire. So I can't comment on your post which claims that both of them will retire almost at the same time. I agree with you. Messi is still a little younger than Ronaldo, so it's not surprising that he could also score 1,000 goals. As far as I know, Messi has already scored 890 goals, which I think is quite a lot. So, to say that Messi is no longer chasing records is certainly not true. However, I also don't know for sure how long Messi will continue playing soccer, because with all the success and wealth he has achieved so far, I think it's possible that he will retire soon.

Personally, I believe that even though Messi loves soccer, he also wants to enjoy his wealth more peacefully with his family. I know Al Ittifaq as one of the teams performing well in the Saudi Pro League, but with Al Nassr current form I never expected Al Ittifaq would be able to draw against them. Because I thought it would be teams like Al Hilal, Ahli, or Al-Taawoun that would draw against Al Nassr, because they're the team aiming for the top position.  

I'm really impressed by Al Ittifaq performance. Because since the season started Al Nassr hadn't played a single draw, they got victory in 10 matches out of eleven games that they played, only Al Ittifaq managed to draw against them.

You may disagree with me, but I would say that playing for Inter Miami in the Major League Soccer (MLS) is an easier option when compared to playing for Al Nassr in the Saudi Professional League. Anyway, Messi is also at around one goal per match for Inter Miami, and Ronaldo is also having the same stats for this year so far. And you are right about the date. Messi's contract with Inter Miami is valid till 2028. But still, I have doubts whether Messi will stay that long. It was a very inconsistent performance from Al Khaleej as I just noticed that they have accepted the bitterness of losing three consecutive matches with today's defeat.The team also lost to Al Nassr and recently lost 3-2 to Al Hilal in a very close match and today I saw that they accepted a bitter defeat against the Al-Fateh team. In fact, in today's game, Al Fateh's Vargas gave his team a great lead in the 41st minute, and since then the team has been playing controlled football and despite being the visiting team, Al Fateh picked up their third win from this game.

Al-Khaleej Club played very bad in the last match because their shots were less in this match and and these were only 5 and no shot was on target and possession percentage of that team was excellent by that team because that was 64 percent in this match. The fouls of that team were less in this match which were only 6 and opponent team shots were 12 and 4 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was very low by that team because that was 36 percent in this match. Hope AI NASR is still leading the Saudi Arabia league table, because that is the most important thing for people to know if the club is doing well or not.

I was not happy seeing this result for Al Nassr honestly,I had so much faith in them that even when they were loosing by a goal at the early minutes of the game, I was still firm about  them winning the game, they performed below expectations, Al Ettifaq is not as tough as other top teams Al Nassr has won this season and so it was very much expected of them not to see much struggle with this, at least a point from this is better than non at all.
