Agree he is going nowhere. But I would still want to keep it as 2 of 3 multisig as discussed earlier in the thread.

Even if everyone 100% trusts everyone else involved it still makes it a bit more secure and shows people it can be done so they can do the same things for the security of their funds.

I really don't think that is ever going to happen. Seems to be the kind of person that even if he DID win the lottery and had all the money to pay people back would still just walk away.

I'm in no way trying to dictate who should or shouldn't hold the funds.

As it currently stands the two individuals above appear to be trusted by the collectibles community to assist with such a task.

If there are no objections by the time Jan 31st rolls around, I will assume they will be the ones to take care of handling the proceeds.

Personal opinion: Multiple auctions perhaps several days in-between each auction end and next one starting.

Very cool initiative to support those effected ! Its truly a shame many of the coldkey items had their funds swiped. Some of the artwork really was amazing and just found out the other day that my silver having set had the funds taken  !
