Yes, 15.4k USD is the bottom for BTC last year but we don't know about this year. As of now the price is still doing great and it doesn't show any signs that it will fall below $15k. It is still possible for you to profit this way. Don't limit your self on the buy low sell high strategy. I think that strategy is outdated already. I agree with you not to wait for lower levels to buy because there is no guarantee bitcoin will plummet again. But I will disagree with you that bitcoin will definitely increase, there will be no decrease. We don't have any evidence to back that up either.

That's the only thing that can hold off this rally, if we have black swan events like the Terra and FTX.

Hard to tell as we can see from how investors and traders are working together inside the market, though we can't predict how things will be in the next few months, chances of falling to that level is by far if basing on how the movements unless there's huge whale dive that will take place and push the price down, though I'm positive that if ever things like that will happen there are investors (whales) that will take it and hold those sold assets.
