They look really good. It’s nice to see the bitcoin logo alongside other fiat currencies of the world even if it’s displayed on cookies. Perhaps, the adoption of bitcoin may be coming along faster then we all envisaged. The cookies looks good also. I think this is a good business initiative as it would arouse people’s interest in bitcoin and also draw bitcoin enthusiasts like it did the OP to stop by and then patronize them like OP did. A win win for the business owner, bitcoin and the OP. Everyone’s happy.

I bet there are shops like this that sells various items promoting bitcoin all over but there are but a handful of them.

I was looking in Ali for some mold with the bitcoin shape, we can use them to make cookies, ice, and chocolate. So, is a good idea to get a couple of them.

Catch another idea from me. Bitcointalk forum already has a Pizza Day contest (which is timed to coincide with the well-known event), but what prevents you from organizing a BTC-cookie baking contest? If for this you need to buy a box of cookies for 10.000BTC, then contact me - I'm always happy to help. But seriously, how many people will be interested in the BTC-cookie baking contest? Judging by the results of the last competition (Pizza Day), there are a lot of chefs here.

That's something new for me, Op i you have ever tasted them would you like to explain the taste of these ones haha i know these are just cookies still. I am very curious to know how these cookies are in taste as can you feel the vibe of eating $18K+ assets or you can say future 100K+ assets? (Kiding). Really you can recall this story to your grandchildren as you had some BTC cookies on 23k market value haha and you ate them.
