So sorry about your experience mate. I checked OP activities and to my greatest surprise OP was active last  March 18, 2023, 06:10:04 AM. This does not argur well as it shows how unreliable this casino could be. So I am not surprised at your complaints because the casino do not have good customer service care here not to talk about their website and funny enough as you have said that they do not live online support but rather a bot that keeps repeating questions and answers over and over again.

Yes it's true OP's friend has a negative belief for having joined a scam casino.
We can conclude that the gambling platform brought by OP is also very suspicious to use because it has a very large percentage of fraud.

The Op of this thread just came to the forum after a long period of inactivity and then drop this new casino and never made another post here in the forum.
With op trust and the feedback it's very unlikely for you to receive your money back, I doubt if op is even going to reply to this thread even if he comes across it.
