Whats a good kwh rate for a reasonable large ASIC mining facility?

Does anyone know of any reputable/large enough mining hosting facility to recommend and also the current kwh rate that they may be charging?

Well, you did not say where geographically you plan to place your Asic miners, so it is difficult to answer your question without having data on the electricity price market in your region, if there are data centers in the vicinity offering hosting for placement, then you can contact them and make all calculations.

I think a good rate can be around 0.035 - 0.05 $

it depends on many factors though.
