For me I see it as fair, I am not saying that the casino is right and OP is wrong or vice versa, I am speaking from a neutral point of view, since the capital was returned, the OP did not lose anything, he just lost his winnings which he thought he deserved (which is the point of contention ).
In some casinos, the player's money is fully reserved and his account is frozen if there is a violation of the terms of use (according to the casino's belief, of course), while here only profits were reserved, so I said it was fair.
I don't think about loss only after Betcoin.ag refunding with deposit fund only without give all winning fund from betting, how fair is it when some one loss their betting sport there are never have guarantee with their money can back, but when OP get winning from betting sport why account suddenly lock and costumer service refund with amount of deposit only without calculated with how much fund in Betcoin.ag account.

I don't think its fair what did by Betcoin.ag, have clearly which term of service break out by OP and I don't think with huge reputable casino platform have weakness or bug can give profitable for gambler.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

What is fair about a casino when they retaining the money?
Of course, it's a good business model if you would do that with half of the customers.
I have done nothing wrong there. My bets were placed as at many other bookies.
But betcoin says I am playing arbitrage bets.
Again, this is just a trick to not pay out the money.

Does anyone have any other ideas what I could do? open a Case on SBR, or comment on their Facebook/Twitter posts that they are not paying out?
I don't feel like I'm being treated fairly here in any way. I could have played all the bets elsewhere where I would have gotten the money.

Did you end up getting paid? I'm still getting scammed by these scumbags.

Made my own post now. Please anyone who has 2 minutes to read my story it would be appreciated. Unfairly getting scammed by playbetr + betcoin for no reason.

Garbage betcoin basically I ask under which law and legal rule a player is not allowed to play arbitrage or what kind of bets.Pomiyar quote the law letter by paragraph
There doesn't have to be a law that prohibits or allows it. If you check their terms of use, you will see that arbitrage betting is one activity they consider fraudulent. What the law says, what you or me think, doesn't matter. Those terms are binding if you want to use Betcoin. If you think they are unfair, immoral, illogical, use a bookie that doesn't ban arbitrage betting.

Having said that, I am not defending Betcoin in this particular case nor do I know if the OP placed such bets. I am just explaining that if you use a specific service, you have to respect their rules or stop using it if you can't do it.

Why should I do it, with these low stakes? To win 1,50 Euro ??
You are talking about your overall profit taking into consideration betting on all possible outcomes. But Betcoin doesn't care what you wagered won/lost elsewhere. They only take into account the money you take from their wallets. And that's the wagers and amounts you showed in OP.

Does anyone have any other ideas what I could do? open a Case on SBR, or comment on their Facebook/Twitter posts that they are not paying out?
Commenting on Twitter won't get you your winnings, will it? You can file a complaint on Casino Guru and/or AskGamblers and see what they have to say. But according to my knowledge, one site doesn't deal with sports betting, while the other doesn't help when the matter is about term violations. They can, however, suggest other trusted services to turn to. Additionally, you can get in touch with their regulator Gaming Services Provider N.V. from Curacao and ask them to assist with the matter.

If you believe you have a case against them, you will have to get active and knock on many doors. Start with the ones I mentioned above.
