Imgbb was having problem too yesterday. You can try postimages.org.
I hope the url is correct, if it's not , you can Google for the correct url.

This hosting image isn't really good because sometime when you upload to this forum, the image will become tiny and when you want to set it bigger, the image would be blur.

If you don't want to get any problem about the images you uploaded in this forum, it's better to use imgur.com.

I don't see any people recently complaining about imgur.com and it's still work pretty well.

You are not using it correctly. It's not their fault LOL. I use it sometimes when imgur does not load or have any temporary problem. The only reason I do not use it always is because of more navigation required than imgur. On imgur you only click upload and then right click for the image link. But in imgbb you need few more clicks to get the image url.

It's been down/not working for the majority of the day, and it's a really useful tool for adding pictures to my posts using BBcode.

Sometimes your ISP can block the URL. Try to use VPN. It works fine.

I was using imgbb years ago but every once in a while they were offline for a day or so so I decided to check for more reliable alternatives. I end up using https://postimages.org/ as primary and https://imgur.com as a backup (I only needed that once or twice in the last 4-5 years when for some reason postimages didn't want to upload the image).

BTW, I am still able to access the website of imgbb. I do not know whether it is still allowing me to log in and grant access to upload images. I have been using Imgur every time to post an image on Bitcointalk. They also have an android app, not sure whether they have an iOS one. Using the app I have been able to post images when I am not near my desktop.

Another important aspect of using Imgur is that it is one of the most used image-sharing and image-hosting services which means the website will always be available online and you will never face uptime issues like you are facing now.

I make use of imgur and it works perfectly, what i will advise OP is to always ensure that while using a mobile version he should go the browser settings and change the view to a desktop version/desktop site in order to be able to upload and also try to check the connectivity to the internet, switch your data and on it back, close the browser and relaunch it again, i think with this few tips you should be fine.

Earlier I was also using imgbb for uploading all the images but few months back when there was a problem for images not displaying in my post due to some errors and there were some discussions about it as well I also discarded the use of it and using postimages.org for it and it's easy with lot of BBcode options as per your choice and have never encountered any problems with it.

ImgBB now working smoothly. I had problems using it yesterday, then I ignored it and used Imgur.com It is a better website than ImgBB. From where you get both the BBcode and HTML code of an image. So you can use both websites to get the BBcode of an image. In this case, if a site is temporarily under maintenance.  You will not be out of work.  You will use another site.  It is very simple.  Why are you afraid?

Unless the image is larger than 1MB, I'd prefer to use Pictr.com.

Like some said, IMGBB tends to compress the quality after uploading.

This. Just use imgur instead, it's one of the best and easy image uploads.

No registration needed, just paste ctrl + v and the image is uploaded within seconds. Then paste the generated BBCode. Done.

I am using imgur's service for years and never had any problems.

I am using Imgur and it's working well here. It's official app is available for Android Users also. You can download it from Playstore . It's supported any img format and also gif supported. I hope there will be no need if imgbb when you will use it.

I checked Imgbb also and it's now working fine. Maybe it's has stopped worked for some time. Many alternative is available. You can try any one of these.

There are many alternatives for imgbb that you can use, but one of the best options for posting in Bitcointalk forum is imgur.com.
If for some reason imgur is not working well than you can also try using alternative service called postimages.org.
There are even some programs for uploading and selecting custom server for images.

I have almost no issues with imgur, and I've been using it regularly for months despite having had some hosting issues in the past.
Try using other image hosting sites instead of just imgbb, some have been recommended and should be able to help you post images well in forum. Even if imgur has problems later, there are still many other solutions that we can use as options.

I tend to use imgur because they don't show ads, some other hosting sites show ads including postimages.
