The best time to buy bitcoin is during the time when its value can only buy pizza, during that time btc is very low price and very affordable, if only we know that bitcoin will rise up to 60k$ then we will buy a lot of bitcoin that time, but it is not that simple because we don't know the future of btc, i think the best time to invest is today but set a limit or invest a money that you can't afford to loss.

this, the price quite literally decreased so low that it scare many people thinking it will collapse, yet that has to be best opportunity ever in this year to accumulate bitcoin in which surely not gonna come around twice.

To be honest there is no perfect time to buy the Bitcoins. I agree that back in Jan the price was 15k usd, but why to regret by thinking about the past? Utilise the present situation and make the maximum profits out of it. Bitcoins are very much valuable. The reason for which I am saying this is that, Bitcoins are limited, and the demand increases as the time is passing by. The marketcap of the coin is also high, so it really doesn’t matter, if the price is high or economical to buy, as in the future the price will increase only. During this time buy as many coins as you can and hold it for a year to see maximum profit from it.

I can assume that it will probably go down to the expected 3-4% in the Q4 of 2023. So I'm not expecting a bull run until 2024.

I don't totally agree what you said. Q1 will be over but we can see in the market that Btc is now bullish so Q4 is too far to know. We can now see in the market that he has shifted the trend. Yes, regardless of your long term view, there are times for better price opportunities in the market to buy Bitcoin, basically when the price is cheaper just as we hit $15k likely this bear market cycle bottom, Therefore with proper DCA you would have discount prices along the line until we hit bottom.

For instance if we had drop further down to 12k, 10k, 9k or people that got in when the price was as low as $1, these are better opportunities, than when its above 20k, But However the current price is still cheap compared to where we are heading to in the future.  
So for someone who is just looking to buy now and has missed the January opportunity, still have a nice opportunity to get in now, looking at the price way up to 69k and even when we would be making more higher prices.

If you know the potential of Bitcoin then you shouldn't have any worry to buy whenever you want because the price will be skyrocketed every year and will reach certain resistance in the future.
