That was only this week, because there was no Europa League and Conference League games.
Next weeks will have the usual Tuesday-Wednesday schedule for the CL and Thursday for most of the EL/Conference league.

But with the number of big teams clashes to watch very early into the competition, there is really nothing to not like about this new format, at least as of now.

I really remember, you are one of the members who never miss a single round and it feels very unpleasant because not only gives three free points to the opponent but also loses one point, but at least you are back again.

Yep, that's probably the best thing about this new format, that teams will have to take it seriously until the last game in order to secure those first 8 spots and goal difference will matter. Then again, its gonna be a problem for weaker teams, like it was the case last night with Bayern vs Dinamo nightmare.

Liverpool did not disappoint this time but there are still 6 different answers with my opponents in this round, hopefully it will still be able to perform well to win three points.

My first answer was Liverpool, but then I tried to be smart and went with a more risky answer and result is that I am one point behind you already. Should have gone with my gut feeling but as you said, plenty of different answers left to catch you up.

It was super difficult to support Liverpool in this round, because after the lose against Nothingam Forest for Premier League, all was trembling in the merseride team. Im still trying to find how this Arne Slot team plays, i remember liking the Feyenoord of him but i dont like this Liverpool. Time will tell.

That early point in the Milan - Liverpool match was golden for you. I overestimated Milan by a lot and underestimated what an impressive reaction Liverpool would be able to show after their surprising loss against Nottingham Forest. I thought it's not going to be a goal fest, but Liverpool was pressing for that win so hard. Definitely wrong assessment on my part.

Now it's going to be a tough round for me as we have the same answers to many questions. Atalanta - Arsenal was another little risk I took. But Declan Rice and Ødegaard I missing and I thought it's going to be quite the challenge for Arsenal to win against Atalanta away from home as they will give it their best.

Yes, it is quite a different feel to tonight matches compared to that of last night where the were plethora of goals scored as of halftime, but it's the defenses and cautious approach of the coaches that is taking precedence today, hopefully the second half would be full of life.

Man City vs Inter Milan seem like a quite even match with both teams not overcommitting just yet and looking to just catch the other off guard, the stalemate at halftime means a win for City and I'd be in a really great position towards both winning the round and get my subscription for LMS ticked for the week.

I would not be surprised if the teams stay cautious in the second half too with the stakes being higher in the group stage this season, meaning less goals overall. Sharp contrast to yesterday, the goals in the Bayern game alone should be more than all goals we will see from all six matches today.With the Bologna draw, I should be getting one point from that question, all our other answers for question 5 are the same.

Besides the effects more matches has, I have never really understood how playoffs are fair on the teams. Why should a 9th place team be involved in a playoff with the 24th placed? That is a difference of 15 places.
Just take the best 16 teams and  move on to the next round. I have always had an issue with Championship playoffs, and now they introduce it here.

All Man City had to do is score just one goal, and Gundogan with a number of chances that came begging but couldn't convert any of them, just when I thought I might be making a great head start to both task of the week, they've management to cause an apparent set back. It would have been worse if Dortmund didn't come to the rescue with their late win. I still sit at one correct question for the LMS, 1/3 might not be bad actually even when it could have been easily better.

Classic Haaland as usual. He was such a beast on EPL especially against lower tier team then suddenly he was not contributing as much as expected of him in a huge match like this. Atleast I dodge the bullet there. I had them to score a goal on the first half and keep the lead for -1.5 while Trofo had them to win the other way around, phew

Beacause it is a round when many duels have clear favorite and yours is a game between 4th placed team and 8th placed team, where you actually have just one point less than mv1986. So with a win here you are back challenging for the title.

Looks like it will be another shitty round in LMS. I needed that City goal in the 2nd half yesterday but fair play to Inter - they deserved the draw.
I said it 10 times already but I'll say it again - Barella is a perfect player. So smart and composed on the ball, a joy to watch.

I need goals in the Monaco - Barca game to equalize in the league, but considering I'm positioned well there I wouldn't mind 1 loss as long as I collect some LMS points in the process and close the gap a bit there.
