My duel against Saint-loup is still pretty much a wide open one, we have 2 two question differences left and by the looks of it, it seems it will all come down to Haaland and Man City vs Arsenal.

I get to live to fight another week in the LMS, thanks to Chelsea and Sunderland, it would have been a mess to be counting on either of the last two questions to save the day.

With Diaz scoring and Son going blank and only one remaining question which my answers are different from that of my opponent, I should have 3 points after many weeks with no wins. My position will not change much, but I will take it, maybe it sets me on a roll and I start getting more wins.

Sucks that on the week I drop out of LMS is when I look more likely to have stayed up at this stage than in any of the previous weeks.

Son gave me a chance in Q9, I feel Boniface is more likely to score than not. My Serie A pick is tricky though because I need to get the GD right as well.

You might be right, Leverkusen will probably score at least three goals so there's a high chance he'll get one and we could have a nail biter finish on the Serie A question.

I don't if I should say that is a complete turnaround from Lazio, as they were a goal down as of halftime, but were awarded to penalties to win the game, the 2nd penalty coming in the 90th minute, a Roma win seem like easiest of all the 3 fixtures, at least going by the bookies odds valuation, it is. A win for Roma would seal my victory for this round.

With Fiorentina's 2-1 win against Lazio, we might've done it now since he still needs to cover the goal difference and it's not happening if the Roma match ends in a draw.

I have a feeling it could have been a much different game if Gundogan scored from that free kick few minutes after Haaland goal, instead of hiting the post. On top of that Rodri got injured early and somehow they just stopped dominating the game from that moment on.

Regarding that second goal, if I'm not mistaken Walker was even trying to mess with Gabriel, attempting to distract him before the corner, only for Gabriel to manage to lose him and score. He must have felt quite stupid after that.

Too harsh or not, I'll take it. I'm not that confident that City could win the game after losing 2-1. This way it's a one way game and it's only a question if Arsenal can manage to defend their goal for another 30 minutes. I hope they can score two more goals for a win.

Second half was super boring. That red card killed the game. I actually think City would have had it easier if Arsenal had full 11. Last second goal for a draw unless VAR has something to add.

Looks like it's not going to happen after all, Man City look to be in complete command of the game until that unfortunate injury to Rodrigo, and that gave Arsenal all the opportunity to capitalize on that misfortune, for thankfully Roma are able to make things work out perfectly and I'll be getting all 3 points, bar any mishap like Roma conceding 3 goals in 13+ minutes.

I wish you good luck bro but to be honest, I would be more than happy if I would manage to win this time, because we are already halfway of the season, and I still haven't be able to get out of the relegation zone one single time, so things are starting to get critical for me. A draw would be better than nothing though. Anyway you seem to have already secure another round of the LMS contest, so congratulations to you for that for now.

It was confirmed that it was for kicking the ball away, which makes the decision even more ridiculous. Reminds me of the famous Van Persie second yellow card against Barcelona in the Champions League. Michael Oliver throws tantrums on the pitch many a times and this was one of such occasions.

Gutted to miss out on all 3 points having come so close, would have been a big statement win to take us top of the table.

It appears I won this round 6-1. Four wins in a row would be really hard for a Division 3 team like myself
I will give it a good go though.

Game was good, I left on 87 minutes as it was 3-0, missed a lot of the traffic, love when I can do that if we’re winning comfortably. Good result for us today in the Man City vs Arsenal game. Didn’t look good for Rodri coming off, historically they don’t do well without him so they’ll be hoping it’s not as bad as it looked.
