putting it on escrow is just making sure that the money will actually be given to the winner if your prediction were wrong. anyway, it's just $5 and I don't think it is worth escrowing.

As an MMA fan, I think the majority will also bet for Islam to win since he is the bigger man in the octagon and can manage to takedown Volka which is his key to winning. Particularly they can choose Win by Submission. Your offer may not be taken by anyone actually. They can bet on thier own.

So many MMA blogs already and there are podcasts about it including the popular Joe Rogan's, that would put your blog unnecessary actually unless you offer worth more than they know.

You've misunderstood what you paid for (whether by mistake or willingly, it doesn't matter here).
You've paid for lifting a restriction on an IP, not for lifting a ban against you, as person.

This means that the IP is free to use, but you are still banned.

It is the rule of the forum. But if anyone creates an account after being banned from the account still can create an account and until someone reports it is ban evasion and/or the admin/moderator/system can not detect the ban evasion there will have no problem using the account. But if anyone shows proof of the ban evasion then the admin/moderator can ban the newly created account.
