Maybe they are not into 'new features' of this industry. Only the help a casino can render is to let gamblers that visit their site to know how to deposit or withdraw which is what is on their site. I do not think they should teach gamblers what is not in their site. If you are not a crypto user, use fiat gambling site. I don't know if there are features that would make it easy for them but maybe make sure that they use a device where all buttons are visible to them. A big monitor for example.

Honestly, I probably would not bother with crypto casino adjustments and modifications for the elderly because the elderly are very stuck in their ways and it is virtually impossible to introduce them to anything new and actually have them understand that new thing. Thats just from my experience.

Any elderly gambler is going to stick to the old way and the old, physical slot machines and so on.

There might be a way to integrate that into crypto but it would only confuse and anger them.
