First of all, welcome to the pool.   The 2023 Formula 1 season is starting with practice sessions on Friday. You don't need to be in a hurry to make the payment for now. You can make the payment until March 17.

Thanks a lot buddy! I just joined the Superbru pool and am going to get familiar with the F1. I will then transfer the participation fee in the next few days and write you a PM.

Even if you don't have much idea about it practice sessions on Fridays would give you nice clues for a race week.

You are absolutely right. But only top 3 were able to get a prize last year (except yellow caps). This year the number of people who get a prize should increase.

In addition, I've created a new topic in our German section where Bitcointalk members can link recently announced Prediction Pools and I've linked Sportsbet.io's F1 Prediction Pool from CLS63, so maybe we'll get a few additional participants, especially from our Bundesliga pool, which is very famous in our local section. Right now, we seem to be at 20 participants already but 75 mBTC + 50 mBTC participation fees (25 participants) = 125 mBTC would be a nice (and achievable) number for our pool.

As the number of people participating in the pool has got past 20, the sponsorship fee that we will get has become 75 mbtc. There have been many big F1 drivers growing up from Germany. I hope they aren't as good as that when it comes to making predictions.

While the Michael Schumacher era and that of Damon Hill are long gone now you have made the right choice to join us,as the more the merrier as they say  .

Tomorrow do not forget if anyone has the possibility at work to watch the live streaming of the free practice this can give you an upper hand in order to see the car performances and above all the number of laps each driver will be making and if they will make more than one error during such session,if someone of them does I would refrain from putting him in the picks and this is also my last advice to anyone before officially starting the tournament  .

I have received the invitation link and I have joined the pool on Superbru, thank you very much for accepting me. Already 26 participants in less than one week is a very high number for a Bitcointalk pool while few other people can still join it before the deadline. It's a very nice success, congratulations. 30+ members will certainly be reached before the end IMO.

Yes im really impresed by the ammount of people we have this season and more thinking about its a F1 pool not a football now, and im really happy of seeing this, i always critized a few of people on the forum who never participated in the pools, but its seems this its changing.

For all the newcomers, its a hard pool, not because we are so fucking good at this (well maybe somebody), but because its really hard to pick the exact position at the end of race, because you now..... F1 things can happen at the last lap of the race. But this also brings more entertainment.

I hope this season we can see more fight for the championship and for win the race.
