Sadly, in this space where scammers are always lurking from the corner, be it a scam projects, or people trying to scam casinos, or casinos trying to scam people, the old proverbs has to be modified. In the scam accusation board, everyone's statement should be taken with grains of salt, both accusers and the accused should be seen as questionable until they have concrete proof that they're clean, because there are instances people tried to rob a platform as much as where a platform tried to cheat their users. Or perhaps you prefer the more common words instead of the modified one I applied? "Question everything"? Tomato tomahto, potato potahto. It is simply an urge to ask and be curious with every side involved in a case.
But err... you do aware that the statement are made for both parties, right? Both parties are equally seen as "guilty", which is why they're asked to give evidences to back up their claims. If we applied that we consider a side is innocent until proven guilty, then we would have to apply this to both sides as well. If we perceive both sides as innocent, then why the hell would we questions them? They're not guilty, both sides aren't, simply because we applied that phrase, then who's the scammers? Who lied?
