Due to some colonial manipulations some societies are made up of different tribes and different religions and regions forcefully merged together to live.

Society is the larger unit while individuals is the contributing units to the larger unit. The societal overall standard is determined by the behaviour, acceptability and responsibilities of the individuals that makes up the society. Where everyone cannot be good and everyone cannot also be good.
But for a better society, the number of good should exceed the number of bad and this can be achieved by adoption of cogent and coherent laws that are maintainable and also flexible

Yes education is very important but to take it a step further, targeted education rather
than the one fits all system most young people go through.

For example most young people learn all the same subjects together at the same time.

It would be far better if kids were taught subjects which a.) they are interested in and b.)
they are capable of.

As we all know education is very important in our society not only to help improve their minds but also the idea of giving them enough experience if they we're going out in the society which you will encounter different kinds of race and their ethnicities.

As long as we all have different opinions being united will be a struggle. This is why we implement laws, rules and regulations in order for us to reach certain understanding so that different opinions may not lead to bigger events that could cause human extinction. I agree that we are part of a bigger picture and each one of us contributes the certain aspects, it is also true that it took us thousands of years to reach understanding we currently live today, but as far as I'm concern and what I can notice, people don't really care about other people if that person doesn't greatly brings benefit to them, like what you've said during the pandemic, we surely noticed that person's attitude varies differently, while there are people wanting to save their own skin, there're also who became the pillar to help someone in need. What I greatly realized during those times is that, the kindness of people would only show up once there is big event that involves survival and humanity, coz admit it or not, during those times that was the only time humanity showed what real humanity means.

The first step is to trace how the society came about, because we can't get it right. If we don't the history of the society. The society came from the family to community then form the society. So if we must get it right,we must go back to the family level to correct it, if we can get it right at the family level,then the community will change for good, then, the society Will be better for us to Live. Often times we forgot that the family and community are the major components of the society that needed more concern. E.g if a child can't be control by his parents,who in the community would that child respect or obey? Nobody. Then he will such disrespectful act to school to influence his peers.

The society can only get better, when we all do what's right when no one is there to monitor us.  The problem we have is that, we preach what we can't practice or don't practice. We must match our words with action for betterment.

Your idea is sound. Don't advise all neighbors of the neighborhood to get guns. But, do what I said.

1. Form a NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH. These are people of the neighborhood getting together to protect each other. If some neighborhood jokers don't want to be part of the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH, expel them from the meeting. Then, after you have an understanding with your GOOD neighbors, and they become part of the Neighborhood watch according to good rules, then...

2. Get the guns, and get some shooting practice in. Protect each other. If you have bad guys in the neighborhood, those who don't want to be part of the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH, they already have guns and you need to protect yourselves from them.

But the problem we have is politicians. They have failed to invest in quality education in my country because their children school abroad.

This may not be applicable abroad, they have a very good sound governance. It's only Africa that pays politicians hugely and fails to invest in Knowledge. We can all make society better by individual collective role and responsibilities. Everyone has a role to play towards the betterment, me and you are reponsible to make it better place for all. It is collective effort of everyone with expected role and responsibilities in an appropriate way, time and manner.
