I think the easiest thing to increase capital is to sell the assets that we have, don't be afraid to sell assets because everything will be able to return when we get a profit, as long as we want to try and think positively then we will find a way out or a solution.
Is selling your asset the best way to increase capital? Isn't the asset what gives you money, so selling it off, how are you going to keep making that money?
Take Bitcoin for example, you can't just decide to sell your asset and hope to make profit without knowing that the price will rise or fall?
If the price of Bitcoin rises after you sell, you have made a loss. If the price falls, then you have can buy at a lower price and make some profit.
Thinking positively won't changes anything. If you sell off your real asset how are you going to keep making money since it was those asset that gives you money? On the contrary, you should be very careful while selling off your asset. Have you asked yourself why somebody is willing to buy that asset that you're selling off?
I'm not saying it's wrong to sell assets in some scenarios but it shouldn't be your go-to move.
