If we can do both why not? We can diversify our investment into both Real Estate and Crypto Currency it would be more profitable for us. As we all know that Real Estate is a physical asset that we can see and touch, it is more stable and less volatile but it is less liquid which means it would take longer time to sell a property. I agree with you that crypto currency investments are more suited for young people than the older generation. With real estate it's a bit different because it requires so much capital. Real estate requires a lot of capital compared to cryptocurrency which is not like that, instead, we can invest in crypto if we can afford it. So if it comes down to practicality, for me it is more practical to invest in cryptocurrency compared to real estate.
