What you can do is let it go and I'm sorry to have to say that, unless you are also a person who has the skills to hack but since you asked about it, my guess is that you don't have that kind of skill. Expecting bad things to happen to the person who stole your coins makes you as bad as the hacker.
You must be careful with your assets, never store large funds in an exchange or wallet where you do not have access to the Private Key and also store your PK in a safe place, try not to store it in online storage such as Google Drive and others.

I'd advise having a laptop you'd only ever use for transactions and whatnot so as to avoid instances like this, where even if you do get hacked, it'd only affect your regularly used system which you don't let your wallet access. You can try maybe asking for exchanges to blacklist said wallet so related coins to it wouldn't or can't get sold (idk if they'd accept it or not though).

The best way for you to create a new wallet again. That will help you to avoid hacker. Just let it go. Your wallet will never be back again. Can you remember the activities that you've done prior to the hacking of your wallet? Because if you can remember what you've done, you can trace back that it's the reason for your being hacked. You probably need to review the security of you pc and other wallet, because it might be affected as well. Well first of all it is sad to hear that you have been the victim of a hack. If the tokens are already on the wallet of the hacker than i am pretty sure, that there is no way for you to ever get them back. In order for that to happen you would need to be able to track down the identity of the hacker and to press charges against him but stuff like that is very hard and expensive to do. So this only is tried, when huge hacks are of whole projects are happening.
Also i don't know how the hacker got access to your wallet, but if it was a desktop wallet or if you had the passwort or private key stored on your PC or phone, then i definitely would set up those systems completely from scratch again, because it is probably infested by malware or something similar.

That wallet is compromised and will forever stay compromised, we must assume the hacker has all the data from that wallet and any wallet you may have created on that computer and as such they need to be abandoned, my recommendation is that you buy a hardware wallet as you have demonstrated already that you are not capable to protect your coins on your own and if you keep behaving in the way you have behaved then it is just a matter of time until you get hacked again.

As much as I like the market of cryptocurrencies this is accurate, the chances of recovering any amount of money that was stolen is very low as at some countries cryptocurrencies are not even recognized as assets, and as such even if they are stolen the police will do nothing about it, but even if you live at a country which thinks of them as valuable assets, the police will be dealing with criminals which could be at the other side of the world, and if the amount stolen was not high then most likely they will not even make the attempt to solve the case and get your coins back.

It is wise to abandon that wallet and never use it again.  Once hacked, it is possible that the private key or other information to access your wallet is already in the hand of the hacker so using it will only make you lose more.  It is more practical to setup a new wallet, after cleaning your operating system of malwares .

Also, there is very low chance probably less than 1% that you can recover the funds stolen on that wallet unless you can trace the person and file a complain against that person and whether he still have the fund or not. 

Better learn from your experience and avoid clicking suspicious link to avoid the same thing happening again.

I'll advise you to be careful of Airdrops especially those that require you to connect your wallet or just avoid using your main wallet for any airdrops. Using a compromised wallet is just equivalent in giving your money to the person who has previously accessed you wallet. actually, wallet could easily be recovered, I mean you own the seed phrase, even you own the private key, that's literally the only way you could access the wallet, what's difficult is regaining back the stolen money.

A crypto wallet has a one unique private key or pass phrase that you need to secure in a safe place once it was hacked you can never retrieve your wallet back. It happened to be back then i never recovered it. Next time we need to be vigilant we should not click any link in our emails, social media, text messages if you seems it is suspicious.
