If you have an Electrum account in the desktop apps, you can still access the Play Store using your mobile device as long as the seed phrase is saved, or you know there is a chance that you can also open it in the Electrum apps on Android.

I am having a really hard time understanding all you said here, do you mean you downloaded Electrum from playstore, take note that you should only download Electrum through their official website and then verify your download before use.

It isn't recommended to store any amount of your coins in Trust wallet, it is a closed source wallet and you cannot verify its code. If you want to store a small amount of coins in an online wallet, use Electrum, then if you want cold storage, run Electrum in an airgapped machine or buy a hardware wallet.

If you want to have a wallet on mobile then make sure you created a different wallet and the desktop wallet you created must be separated.

I am using my old mobile phone as my airgap device to sign offline transactions and on my PC Electrum watch-only wallet where I can able to create a transaction and generate a raw transaction in a QR code so that it can be easily scanned using your phone. It works just like hardware wallets but in a manual way.

Stop importing a backup seed for me it is no longer safe once you imported it to a different device or multiple wallets.

The best wallet for mobile devices, if you really have to use one, is Airgap Wallet, when used with Airgap Vault. That is because they are open source and store your private keys in the secure element part of the device, so that they cannot be extracted by malware.

So basically you will need two phones for this. One to run the Vault and is not connected to the internet, and another to run the Wallet (i.e. the Android device you just bought)>

There is one wallet I do not recommend, just because it only has encrypted file backup, and no way to backup your seed phrase by writing it down on paper or on steel or stainless sheet.

Bitcoin wallet schildbatch I have been using it around 2017 - 2018, it has a backup method similar to bitcoin core, where it exports an encrypted file, but you can decrypt the backup. In the encrypted backup contains the 12-word seed phrase and private keys.
