To be honest, If I was in your situation or place, I would rather educate myself  by learning the basics of trading ,  technical analyses, reading some useful books and start trading with own myself and without any help than take an idiotic risk and trust a stranger who pretending as expert trader . In fact, I wonder if you are serious OP due to the capital you have mentioned is really large ( $100K). Furthermore, I advise you to use decentralized exchange instead of CEX , it is more safe and secure in case you are planning  to start with a huge amount. Good luck

First suggestion, dont make yourself having that confidence on letting someone to be on your residence
Second, dont let anyone knows that you are holding that $100k or more
Third, dont really need up someone to make out investment or having a partner

You would really be putting up yourself in soo much risks considering that we are talking some huge money on here or its not something that anyone could get hold of.
Since this one would be done that face to face the it might lessen the risks but be careful on making yourself that get exposed or known.

Trading is risky and if you trust another person then there is no surety about his work that will he work properly or not because for him there will be no tension of losing money as this portion of money will be used by you for the purpose of trading.

And you mentioned here about the partner so everyone will text you but one thing to remember is that never trust easily on everyone because some people will just collect money from you. I think you should select bitcoin and put this amount of money into it so there will be no worries to be scame and losing more money.

That would be the right way to do this, but not many people want to take those steps, as they realize it may take them a long time to get the necessary skills to trade the market, while they just want to take a shortcut and see if they can skip those steps.

But unfortunately most of those looking to do this will fail to achieve their goals, as the number of scammers we could find is simply too big especially if we compare them to the small number of traders which could offer this service.

Those who have a mindset like that I think need to be changed because in trading there are no shortcuts,
even though the process is very important but unfortunately many people are impatient with it,
it is better to learn gradually and develop little by little.

With that amount and you being new to the forum, you may attract a lot of scammers. But if you're legitimate, you can start out with your local community from there in Miami, I'm sure that you'll get to find genuine people that will help you do what you wanna do.
But that won't except you from being scammed locally so you got to filter all of those people that might approach you. The other way of doing this is to learn on your own, with that money, I wouldn't entrust it to anyone as if it's going to be easy trusting random people with that amount and tell them to grow that money through trading. With the hardship of life these days, people can do almost anything up to the point of crumpling their reputation as a person whether you knew them or not. Before you find a partner, you better inform yourself and study how to trade first. A few bucks won't hurt that amount from learning lessons and getting mistakes.

OP, You own a lot of money so if you are interested in investing you must understand trading. so the first thing you need to do is take advice from a knowledgeable investor to know when you can invest in the market without losing money and making a profit. You analyze the market well and take the advice of the wise and then you join the trading. I want to tell you that you can invest in bitcoin if you want but do it for long term then you will get lot of money from bitcoin in future.

I always look for a pair like BTC/USDT, but the best one is BTC/USD, why? because we are operating with fiat, and crypto/fiat is the best, and it is the most real, so when a choice has to be given, the best is that in crypto, of course the pairs that exist do not make sense, one alt/btc is like saying for 1/1, it only makes sense when the BTC is in a buillish trend, for simple Mathematics we should grab that pair, but since it exists it is something that many do and well, it is repstable, although that is my logic.

Take 100 or 1000 of your Investment fund and go to binance. Have a look around and infest 10 bucks each coin you believe to be successful. You should read up the respective coins beforehand.

I am still very surprised why you have to mention thekney you have in order for you to get the kind of person that you want. Trading is not something that you must employ someone to work for you so you can make profits from the market. If you don't know how to trade, I would advise you to use your money to do something else that will give you profits without taking this kind of risk that could make you lose all yiur entire profits.

I don't really know your intention why you are looking for a good trader that can join you to trade the cryptocurrency market when you know that the risk is why and unavoidable if you choose to trade the market without have basic knowledge about the crypto market.
