I am also curious why the payouts seem to take so long (1 hour +).  Are they being done by hand?  Not a problem, just curious.
I think a few days ago they were. At least this way we're not at risk of someone hacking our earnings Wink

I think they are still manual (I requested one 30 minutes ago).  I don't even see a way to change the sending address.  Sounds like a difficult hack Smiley

Work networks tend to block funky ports. Try setting up some SSH tunnel over port 443 (but don't blame me if your IT police comes to spank you Grin).

Is this delay (never more than 8 hours) a significant bother?
Nah, not really for me.

Seem to have a front end now but payments are still by hand?

What are you paying - still 105%?

Wil likely point my 3.6 GH/s back to you for a while

Hi, Right now 110% but that will be moved to 105% very soon. Costing me too much:)
What we earn at 110% will stay the same though, right? I'm assuming nothing will be lost if I don't payout before the rate changes.

aye, I've got faith in Goat that what is listed as 'earned' on your account will retain its number.

Goat man, what gives with the stale rate? Ever sence the small spike from the other day when there was some reported large number of connections it has been over 1% for me. It was stable at .1% or less for 4 days straight before that. Has been at ~1.6% at best since then.  Are there just that many people mining here now? :/

cheers

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

I am looking into this now. Thanks.
Awesome. Let me know if I should reset my stales locally to check. Current # is about 24h worth of shares.

Just fired a miner back up to test the connection and seeing consistent issues.  Can't go more than a minute without "Connection problems" in Guiminer...

Loaded up 4 more miners and same issue - keep getting disconnected.

75 shares lost  Grin

Will change this to 105% in about 30 hours. We will keep 105% for at least 2 weeks but odds are longer.

Thanks.

OK so how much are you going to pay per share from now on ?

50/1250758 = 0.0000399757587

so +5% is = 0.0000419745466

Is that correct ?

Is MM enabled with NMC ? How about TX fees are those shared out ( probably not ) ?

How can I join. I expect to have about 3.5 ghash/s soon.

How does your offer in terms of PPS compare with something like P2Pool ?

Is there a front end where I can check shares submitted etc. ?

Thanks !

I am showing negative shares.  I appear to be digging myself out of that hole, but I wonder how deep that hole was?

Thoughts?

FWIW, I did not see any data that showed me being paid for invalid shares.

Quote from: Goat on Today at 08:20:39 AM
people are not going to be happy about being charged back for unpaid shares, what should i tell people?

From my back end guy

"I'm not sure what to tell people, other then that the system was paying them for rejected shares which earn no value on submission.  You can tell them they were making more then the more you were already giving them, now you're just offsetting the difference ?  I can change it back if you'd like to pay them for rejects instead Smiley, but I don't think there's availability to add "rejects from now on". "

So there is nothing I can do. If you want to get paid for your rejects so far PM and I will send you an extra payment. But in the future we will not be paying for rejects.

Also some people have had issues with high reject rates. This is mostly small miners in the 200M to 4M hash/S range. It seems that there is no way to fix this. In the future we will ask that only 500MHash/S be added. If you are above this and still getting a high reject rate please PM and we will look into your case.

Thank you.

Aah, interesting.  No worries.  Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a bug.

Well you really did as Total shares included rejected shares. This was a mistake on either my back end guy or my front end guy or both. I am not really sure. Anyway if you want me to pay you for all the rejected shares just send me a PM and I will work it out.

From what I am being told there is no way to fix this with out taking out all the rejected shares. I really do not know what else I can do.

Thank you.
OK, I rechecked my logs, and I can confirm this error.  The "shares unpaid" included the rejected shares for that period. I didn't notice because the payouts were what I would have expected at ABC +10%,  but ABC includes stales which are usually under 0.5%.

Going forward, the problem is fixed, right?

We think we fixed the high rate of stale problem but will not know unless you tell us. So please reset your numbers and start now! Thanks:)
