Arsenal struggled a lot to convince West Ham to sell their most priced player and captain of their team, Victor osimhen is a very important player for Napoli and they will not be willing to sell him unless they get a very tempting offer. Chelsea are interested in him, but if they do not bring enough money as well as any other club that will try to sign him too, Napoli will keep him on a two year contract that is already been worked on.
