Alright, let me give my little feedback from what I have seen so far although I have created an account yet for two reasons although the second reason is out of FOMO.
Let me start be commending you guys on the user interface, the design is cool for the eyes, it's not too bright and also the dark nature makes it less detrimental to the eyes.

It looks like they are indeed using an old domain that they bought on the market. There are several advantages to using an old domain, such as traffic and others that can be profitable for their business, and I've found several casinos do the same thing and also for reasons of matching the name of the business they want to build.

I also can't see the proof that they operated since 2017, and the site is fairly new if we look at the bottom of the landing page, so I also think the platform is fairly new.

I think every casino that has this many fiat options, will be strict when it comes to VPNs, because Fiat are very regulated. A lot of casinos does not specifically speak about this, because it is a backdoor for them not to pay out big wins. (Note : I say some casinos and not this casino)

So what they do is this.... People play via a VPN, but when they win big and they want to withdraw, some casinos use this as a misuse of their service and they refuse to pay. They will then scrutinize your "use" of the VPN and use that as a excuse.... After I thought about it in depth, even though the OP gave detailed clarity about the bonus that would be given in a large enough amount, I would not be interested in the bonus and play there because it is clear that bonuses are given only to gamblers from three countries and I am not one of them. .

Question is valid since if they need to answer those either its crucial question or not. Since letting those question hanging will  create some confusion that they are not good because they are evasive on question asked. You will get the bonus for your first four deposits. For each deposit you can get up to 1.5 btc for bitcoin deposits which totals up to 6 btc and up to $2000 for fiat deposits which totals up to $8000. I hope this clears up the confusion.
However, the main concern right now is the expiration of their license which they should address asap and explain why they didn't renew it although it has been more than two months since it expired.

this is a good move as long as you also put this in your TOS to avoid people reading here who can do this and one day come to complain here on the forum that they created an account in your casino, played and traveled to a restricted country and were blocked because they were using VPN, and as in your TOS it will be blocked anyone using the casino while living in a restricted country then the person will lose money. in terms of laws, I don't know how someone who creates an account while in a permitted country and then travels to a restricted country and starts playing would not be breaking the laws

Update is that betzus does not have a right not to give winnings the players which are from restricted 🚫 countries, for example if someone used vpn and and played from U.S claimed bonus and won couple of thousands , betzus must pay the winnings to the player and after that betzus has right to make legal moves. It's the same as in my country, it's also not listed on the list of countries that can get the bonus.
