OP,  I would assume this to be a fiction not until proven otherwise by you if not how do you explain this story you are telling and demanding for a €30,000 fee for a cheat code for horse racing. Simply he is asking just huge amount of money for a tool that will give you video display that shows advance result of the specific horse racing result since there’s a delay broadcast which sportsbook usually late to update their odds on a few seconds. Although this is possible but I doubt that someone can really developed a tool that can capitalized on that small time window for delay.

This 30K pound price is so expensive for a shady service like this. Even if this is a legit service, Paying that huge amount is very risky since he is just selling the tool publicly that will be soon confiscated.

Thanks for the clarification, so it is a fact that in my country horse racing is prohibited, although when I was at university I had friends who always went to bet on horses, it is a pity that some things are prohibited because they should be taken into consideration that horse racing is not animal abuse, as far as I know, the animals receive good care, they are in constant training and they have the best veterinarians always doing the corresponding exams to see how their health is and many other things, I think things can be seen from that point of view.
