Is there anyone else who didn't expect KKR to win yesterday's match with such a huge margin?  To be honest, though I had picked KKR, I was worried they might lose as their batting wasn't so good initially but then Gurbaz and Rinku managed to stabilize the innings and made a good partnership later accompanied by Shardul.
Their bowling was on another level last night. I was both happy and surprised. 

My prediction was KKR, but I never expected this to happen this worse from RCB. Both the team were equally strong, but the quick runs of Shardul Thakur changed the match. If not, KKR would've made something around 160 runs and RCB would've chasen it as they don't experience pressure similar to the chasing of 200+ runs.

In today's match I'm the only one to pick SRH as the winner. I believed the team would make a comeback as they lost the previous match badly. Finally they're the same as the first match.

Yeah, I was the one who took the chance with Sunrisers Hyderabad and it paid off.  
The reason I selected SRH in that match was that Sunrisers Hyderabad has lost all their previous matches, so I thought they will give all in to get this match win and it happened for them.

Coming to the pool, there is another person named "abdul sattar" who has joined our pool and is at the top  
I don't know where he came from but as he did not post in this thread i will ban him too.

By the way, me and Alone055 going neck to neck with 12 points each. It's a tough battle to stay at the top.

Today match was well played by CSK, but the game was taken control by  Rajasthan Royals. Dhoni and Jadeja partnership scored 59 runs in last 5 overs and last over was unexpected one. Rahane had managed to score 31 runs before his LBW. Hetmyer bowling was fantastic one at the needed situation. The last over was begin with the target of 21 runs from the last 6 balls. Due to heavy pressure on bowling, Sandeep Sharma had made some wide at the beginning. The first ball was terrific Yorker and started with dot. The Sandeep mix the length due to pressure and ball becomes a full toss. Which was converted to six by MS Dhoni. Then CSK need of 13 from last four balls. Another six made by Dhoni which leads 6 runs from last two deliveries. The switch was moved to Jadeja from Dhoni, unfortunately Jadeja managed to score of single from it. The Dhoni strike the last ball, the Chennai stadium waited for the finishing six from Dhoni. But the ultimate Yorker leads to single on last delivery. So the match ends with 172 with 3 runs win by Rajasthan Royals.

How do you ban someone in superbru? But I think instead of banning the account keep him on the pool. If he is on the money line then he will need to post his address toclaim the prize so we will see him eventually . If he is not on money then nobody cares but the pool have some numbers.

My shuffling did not work LOL. From the last three matches only one point. I don't expect anything from the pool. All my focus is on Champions League now.

Well, i have the option to approve / disapprove or ban the applicants. I have approved all of you except these unknown ones.
I see no reason for a person to be active on superbru pool and not posting here with his bitcointalk ID.

Also, someone told before that these unknown accounts can be misused as if someone registers his bitcointalk with that ID and claims to be that person and wants a prize in case this unknown account ends up in the top 3. So to avoid any confusion, I will just disapprove such persons after 4 or 5 days.

It will be an easy find if a brand new account starts claiming it's their account. But I wonder who it could be. He must seeing we are discussing about him so he could just response here.

There is another possible abuse I can think is possible. They may have more than one account. In superbru you can lock your picks and once locked then you can see others selections. With two accounts, one case spy others.

I'm still on the bottom of the leaderboard. But today's prediction win is really good. I'm the only one to win the point on the match between Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants. I don't have much idea about the squad, and lost hope when wickets continued to fall. Finally after seeing Raza, expected the match to turn and the same happened.

I was able to make wins, but I wasn't able to move from the last position on the leaderboard. Somehow I'll reach the top three position by the end of the ongoing round. The updation of the results were taking place very slowly. Maybe if each and everyone of us process the result we might be able to see the updation of results at the earliest.

Welcome Gladitorcomeback to the pool. Yes, the competition is tough out there and since you joined in the thrid round, you need to predict more correct results in order to climb up the top 3 overall , but nevertheless, nothing is impossible.

Well, you might be right about being late or others already having a bunch of points, but if you are willing to participate, you should do it since it is free and doesn't cost anything. Also, as long as I know, you get points for getting the margins correct as well, so you may be able to rack up some points from here till the end of the league round if you do that right.

I think there are about 70 matches in total in the league round of IPL, and only 25+ have been played so far and there are still 40+ games to go. You can try your luck and maybe if you can manage to get 2 points for half of the games, you can get in pretty well.

The competition among us is really tough one and I can see that Alone055 is leading with 27 points while I am on the 2nd spot with 26 points. Almost half of the IPL tournament is still left so we cannot predict yet who will be in the top 3 slots in Superbru.

I started this lucky prediction just for fun. i was sure 100% that i cannot be among top 3 because Umer, Alone and one other user points was more than 15 when i started. I have been awarded wooden spoon because of worst performance in last round . This is my first ever prediction contest i joined here in Bitcointalk. I will still play and will predict till the kast round to see how much point i can collect.

Keeping on trying and not losing hope is the order of the day. Even if you do not win anything from this tournament, it is fun to predict the team and then see if your team wins or loses.

I'm the one to join along with you, not having a single point so far in the 5^th round. Today I believed somehow I'll get few points. Finally in both the matches the results were completely upside down. Chennai lost the match at the last ball and Mumbai players gave an unexpected performance winning against Rajasthan Royals chasing 212 runs. Already 5 matches of the 5^th round over. More five matches left for us to make few points from the 5^th round.
