Market manipulation is too vague reason for you to ban a user, like someone said how you differ this as a pure skill to a manipulation. It's on your trading feature with a payout multiplier of up to x1000 and the OP win a x670 based on your post. If the kind of win is not possible then what kind of x1000 multiplier are you saying as you advertised.

So the site you're representing will not allow such excellence and trading skills like OP converted $100 to 67k?

Saying market manipulation isn't a valid reason either, so it's the job from the support team to give a valid reason to hold someone's funds or else it will ruin your reputation on the forum and to the business as well.

I hope there will be a clear cut statment about how he violated the statement or the site has to refund whatever balance left in OP's wallet.

About KYC which they asked you and you successfully passed it, my guess is that it's not because they wanted to pay you, but just to enter all your information in their blacklist so that you don't happen to them again.

Although this accusation was on a different casino my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM, but he was able to get his winnings. Now it's your turn to prove if you're completely an innocent and not an abuser.

And I beleive it's the job of casino representative to prove he cheated to exploited any bug in their system to make financial gains not the victim.

I'm agreeing with @OP on this one.
Banning and withholding someones funds for market manipulation is way to vague especially when he has formed a skill in trading on the site. I do understand Rollbit was not made to be a trading site but it is very clearly advertised as a x1000 trading platform. Nevertheless this needs a better explanation as to why the user was removed from the site especially after the KYC. I do see this as a shady practice to collect OPs info and be added to some sort of blacklist?

I can't really pick sides on this because we haven't heard from the other party in this case, all I know is that $20k is one hell of a money to just lose like that.
OP, are you sure someone close to you haven't done some crazy shit with your account that maybe against their rules and regulations, since you said you haven't done anything to break their rules?
That's one thing to look out to in such cases, rather than calling rollbit a scam...
