Other than another update in reserves that is yet verifiable, do you change anything else? I don't see anyone recommending your service here, your business still looks as questionable as before.

Now I saw this link with their escrow request in the service section, I remembered watching this thread.
Judging by everything this user wrote with a bunch of incorrect information, fake reviews, plus that freaky request for escrow, I would say he is utterly incompetent for the service he represents.
The best advice is to avoid them and preventive negative feedback could be considered appropriate.
