Your opinion is correct. I think the amount of money involved plays a very important part for the acceptance of players on loses. Some says that they can lose 1000$ without a problem because their bankroll is huge but in reality they still can't accept it since that amount can be considered as huge amount by average players.

And the part of gamble only what you can afford to lose is very hard to determine an exact amount since a lose money is still a lose that will cause a pain to anyone since we earn money through harwork and we are just losing by just playing gambling games which we can play in fun mode that doesn't have money involved.

If you are hot-tempered or if you lack patience in terms of playing, you'll likely bet more in irrational and impulsive manner. And by playing like this, you will lose fund in the process because you will not be thinking logically and instead, you will play based on your emotions that isn't right all the time. How can you play with the mindset of losing. What I meant was that if you gamble with the not minding the money that you lost then I am not sure why are you gambling. You should be positive with your attitude that will help you in taking correct decision. Winning and losing are part of gambling that should be the mindset and not what you are saying. Patience is totally relevant and I find I have zero patience when tired, avoid gambling same as you might be wary of gambling anything significant while under the influence.  Its a good idea to play for fun and just fun, dont get ambitious when tired or inebriated in any way just because you are not fully aware at 100% capabilities in your actions but of course the cost is the same.   Losing temper or low patience is extremely common when tired, pretty much everyone will make this mistake and its good advice in life overall to sometimes just walk away walk off and enjoy some fresh air, inversely this will save alot of money by not wasting it in the first place.

I never gamble when I'm either tired, sleepy, or not in a good mood, because I know that these things will have an impact on my gambling as I won't be 100% conscious and that can make me take hasty decisions which isn't good as I know that can result in me getting more losses which isn't what anyone would want, so I just don't do it when I know that I'm not totally fresh and healthy and having a pretty good mood.

As you said, when you are tired or sleepy or maybe not well, you tend to have a lower patience level as you might get angry or sad or frustrated too quickly, even a small loss might make you feel like why you are losing and you might even start chasing your losses which we all know the end of.

I will lock now this thread since I only created this to inform and warn everyone about the repercussion on impatience on gambling. I’m still experiencign it but I slowly manage to adopt on my situation and stop gambling the moment that I’m already in profit. This thread is starting to tackle different kind of impatience that is not suitable to the main goal of this thread.

Neither profit nor loss can be guaranteed in gambling, but if you don't gamble on emotion, the chances of big losses are less.  Because when one lets go of emotions one will definitely have the ability to make a good decision and not panic and make a wrong decision. and even if he continues to gamble, he will try to place bigger bets without panicking. This is the great benefit of not gambling with emotions. there is no other benefit here
